Love this yard!!! The yard is super clean and the fence is amazing! They were very nice people, there's a comfortable chair, a good hose for water, poop bags and plenty of room to safely run and play. My dogs loved it! I can't think of anything more we would want.

Huge! Unfenced, but private and far set from any road so we didn’t feel worried. Intend to go back, it was beautiful. Looks to have three different trails.

What an incredible experience it was at Charles‘s Sniffspot! My dog is reactive so she has trouble with other dogs. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t bring her on a normal walk. When I found Charles’s sniff spot I was so excited! The property is incredible—vast woods and several trails. Charles has marked the trails with different colored ribbons tied around trees so you won’t get disoriented and get lost. That was very helpful! I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Charles’s Sniffspot! Thanks, Charles—You’ve given me new hope that Bangle will get enough romping time to make her happy and I’ll get some exercise. : ) She had a blast! We’ll definitely be back. Rebecca & Bangle

Unfortunately Bangle and I weren’t able to enjoy Charles’ Sniff Spot today. I arrived and proceeded to make a bad decision and ended up stuck. : ( I called roadside assistance and while waiting for them Charles showed up and did so much to help me even after roadside assistance arrived. It was nice to meet Charles, despite the circumstances! : ) I’m posting pics of the property that I took another day. It’s hard to see the trails with the snow on the ground but rest assured that there are several very clear paths that are well marked. Have fun at Charles’ Sniff Spot!

Great hiking spot for my dogs. I let one of my dogs run off leash as soon as we got on the trail but kept my escape artist/crazy on a 30 ft line until the trails moved away from the road.. the host sent good directions and a map of the trails. We will be back!

This is such a great spot for reactive dogs to hike. Our dog Zelda had an absolute ball. She loved having the freedom to explore on her own terms, and we loved not having to manage any of her triggers. Well worth the 30-minute drive for us. We will 100% be back! Our GPS did initially take us past the house, so keep your eyes peeled for the mailbox to not miss the driveway.

Such a blast!! Highly worth our 45 minute drive. We rented for 1.5 hours to allow us enough time to fully explore. we really allowed our dogs noses to create our trail. But the map helped make sure that we were staying in the general vicinity. This is the most freedom my dog has ever had and They had so much fun and were knocked in the car after. The trail was a little icy at first, wear good shoes! Thank you for sharing your land!!

Bangle and I had another fun morning at Charles’ wild forest! It’s especially beautiful after a snowfall! : ) This photo shows some of the trails. There’s at least one other trail. (“Spotty’s Mudway”!) : )

Hands down the best spot we've visited so far! Trails are well marked and the host sent us a map ahead of time so we could download it onto our google maps (since service was spotty). Lots of good smells for our pup and he got some fresh water to drink in the river. The entire larger figure 8 loop is about 1.5 miles (per the Apple Watch). We went in the middle of Feb and there was tons of snow so definitely good thing we brought spikes (doable without, but spikes made it much easier to maneuver). We will definitely be back and will probably bring the dog squad next time!
