Really enjoyed walking this expansive property with our two dogs. Huge open spaces with tons of smells for the dogs to enjoy. We visited midday so it was very warm and sunny, but we were fine with periodic shade available under trees. There are roaming cattle present throughout the property. They kept their distance and were very unbothered by us, but we stayed far away and we kept our dogs on long lines rather than letting them run freely, just in case. We were traveling through on a road trip, but would definitely stop again if we were passing by!

Super nice host waiting to meet me on site, she set up a kiddie pool of water for my three pups and even offered to pull out additional obstacles for them to learn! Beautiful large property, my dogs ran around for over an hour and I know they had a blast. Thanks Catherine!

Had the best time with my dog! The ranch is so beautiful. The pool is my dog’s favorite so that’s what we did most of the time. There were toys and swim vests and cold bottled water. Can’t wait to go back!

First time here and loved it!! Having a dog that loves to run, throwing the frisbee here was perfect! So much room. The set up is great to be able to rinse off before going into the pool as well. Great time had by everyone in my group! Definitely recommend and will be coming again!

I'm glad I found sniffspot especially Twin Oaks Ranch. Every time I drive by farms or homes with acreage I always wish that I can live there so my pups can run, be free and have fun. Twin Oaks Ranch was everything they needed and more. My German shepherd and Aussie had so much fun and ran nonstop. It put a smile in my face to see how happy and how much fun they had. They were finally free with unlimited space. Twin Oaks Ranch is delivered everything and more. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to spoil their pups and make good memories.

Wow! This place was an absolute treat. The property is huge with plenty of clear walkable space to explore, it was such a nice stroll and plenty of shade too. Afterwards, Ziggy took a dip in the pool while I watched with the sunset in the background. The views are breathtaking! The host does an incredible job making you feel so welcomed and at home without ever actually seeing anyone! It really felt like it was just my dog and I, like we were right at home. This is a great way to shake up the long walks and especially good for those road trippers! Close enough to 75 to make a pit stop but far away enough to feel secluded. 10/10 super grateful for people like this in the world. We loved it!

Beautiful & clean property! Loved how much open space with enough shade for the hot days & then cooling off in the pool! Provided cold water and lots of tennis balls. Also, very easy check in, friendly & informative host! We will definitely be coming back.

This place is amazing. My two labradors got to do everything they love all in one spot run, play ball and swim. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

The property is beautiful, very well kept. Lots of land for the pups to run, my boy was so happy! My pups didn’t have prior experience with the pool but the pool has a nice ledge where they were in the shallow water and they loved it! My Newfie was super happy, she loves the water! The hose, water bowl, toys and doggie bags are very greatly appreciated. We brought most of what we needed but I forgot the bag with toys and was happy to find some by the pool. We will for sure go back, one hour is not enough, the happiness on my pups faces were the best part of my day! Thank you!

This spot was great! I got to take my dogs swimming for the first time and they loved it. I’m hoping I can take them more frequently. The location was easy to find and the host was great about sending me the gate code before I arrived. The property was absolutely beautiful. The cows and horses were thankfully blocked off and stayed way out in the pasture so my dogs didn’t even notice them. There was a German Shepard back behind the property at another residence who I thought might be about to reach the fence where my dogs were but there was so much stuff in other yard blocking the fence my dogs didn’t even notice and the dog couldn’t get anywhere close to the fence. Plus it was wayyyyy in back. When we arrived there was a guy sitting in a black truck inside the property near the entrance. I don’t think he ever got out of the truck. I was worried about that as my dogs are not friendly. There was also a small white car that opened the gate and entered the property, but immediately turned around and left. The front entrance is pretty far from the pool and pasture entrances so my dogs didn’t notice. Overall my dogs had an absolute blast smelling all the new smells.
