Our Sniffspot has been referred to as Dog Heaven. We are in a remote area in the Appalachian Foothills of SE Ohio. We have farm roads, mowed trails and open fields you and your dog can enjoy, but the favorite place for most dogs is our pond. Our pond features a dock that dogs love to jump off of. There is also a large covered pavilion with tables and chairs. A basket of water toys is next to the dock. There is an outhouse there and well, it is primitive, but clean (unless the mice make nests, but I try to keep ahead of that) In dry weather the pond is accessible by vehicle but it is also a good walk for people and dogs, about 1/2 a mile from the parking area (and mostly uphill). This pavilion also has our "Sugar Shack" attached, which is where we boil down maple sap in February and March to make syrup. The Maple Grove is up a trail above the pond. **My dogs swim in this pond most days in the spring, summer & fall. The pond has an aerator and also is treated with Pond Blue, both of which help to eliminate the possibility of dangerous algae blooms. There is also no fertilization of fields that could run off into the pond. **

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

Take a peaceful walk on the trails and listen to the birds chirp in the trees. Maybe you have an older pup and hikes aren't really their thing anymore... that's okay too! We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! They will be in their respective areas, and wish to enjoy their time to enjoy the sunshine too! I have an enormous fenced-in yard. I’ve been working hard on getting it ready for doggy visitors. The ground can be a bit uneven, so please watch your steps. The gophers seems to dig holes faster than I can fill them, so running (for humans) is not advised. The best parking is at the corner and SniffSpot guests have their own gated entry at the far end of the property. Please don’t not park in front of the houses directly across the street, those neighbors are territorial about their parking spots and are not polite about it. If the private entrance is too steep for you or if the path is slick, please feel free to use the gates at the front of the house and garden entrance. The secondary gate just pushes away. The pup fountain can be used by turning on the faucet at the house, and you’re welcome to hook up and use the pup splash pad which is folded and placed on the doghouse.

Flat dry 1 1/2 to 2 acre field. Some of the grass is tall, some is cut short. In the early mornings and evenings deer can be spotted in the field. A steep dense wooded hill borders one side of the field and a grass and tree covered hill that borders the road is on the other side. THERE IS NO FENCE. This a great spot to come out and run or play fetch!

Welcome to Woofing Woods! Located on a quiet road in Harmony Twp/Ambridge (Beaver County, PA), Woofing Woods is about 5.25 acres of my woodland, non-level, unfenced, private property for your pup's enrichment, exercise, and fun! My backyard slopes downhill and becomes wooded. This is where the trail begins! At the bottom you'll find a supply station, and you'll see three main trails to explore. If you explore past the field and cross the stream, the very back of the property levels out and feels very much like a secluded nature park. Please consider whether my spot is a good fit for you and your pup due to the terrain and unfenced aspects of the property. My Sniffspot is also not great for small kids or possibly older joints and bones on pups. If you need or prefer level ground or cement with fencing then we're probably not a great fit! We are dog people and this app was meant for us! Husband and wife owned and operated. Visit our tucked-away acre in the woods with a shallow creek and a fenced in area designed for escape artists. Come after a rainstorm and enjoy our private little waterfall! Agility equipment, treats, and toys can be left out upon request at no extra charge!

This little slice of heaven is a total of 12 acres, to include a small lake. Once you enter the property, your pup/s can enjoy spacious flat areas with short grass bordered by tall landscaping. Head to the woods for a beautiful nature walk on natural paths. You may see some wildlife such as deer, turkey, ducks, groundhogs.... even beavers in the lake. We have a spigot, hose & even towels available if your furr baby ventures into the water. Patio table and chairs available in the front yard. We will always have a bowl of water for your baby! Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. We ARE NOT a theropy location for aggressive dogs. Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 247 year old farm, in 84 PA. We are replanting the riparian buffer to keep our waterways clean & beautiful. Planting hundreds of trees to create habitat for wildlife. & have planted thousands of jaw-dropping cute flowers.

Hello, new here and figured our dogs love our giant yard so yours can too! It has a nice flat spot on the bottom, you can bring toys or we have a chuck it and some tug toys. I cut the grass down on the flat and most of the hill, my dogs enjoy hiding in some taller areas and playing with each other. We have a nice patio where you can park and sit and throw a ball down the hill or up the hill, nearby the patio we have a water hose you can use to spray your dog or play with them. We will offer purified water for dogs and cold bottles for our guests. 1 bottle per hour per guest.

Rural, quiet and off the beaten path, but we encourage rambunctious shenanigans. Discounted rate for additional dogs.

Located in a secluded area walking distance from the high school. The home sits "behind" the home on the street, which adds extra reassurance because no car traffic. A deer run surrounds the yard and a small wooded area where deer are seen several times a day. Secured fencing originally built for Xl dogs. Extra basement space for unexpected weather conditions or overnight emergencies.

Lots of room to play fetch, and run. Concrete driveway and lots of grass. It’s by the road so I advise keeping your dog on a leash unless it is fully trained to listen to your commands. Toys, treats, and water bowl provided.
