At The Coral Reef Ranch we love dogs so much that we named our ranch after them , Coral & Reef! We’re so excited to open our property up so you can enjoy it with your fur babies too! This 5 acre ranch is located in Palm Beach County between Jupiter & Gardens. In the back of the property we have a petting zoo and livestock viewing area where you’ll find goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, birds and more! Located in the front of the property you’ll find a cozy Oak Tree island lined with our finds from the sea where you can enjoy a comfortable seat while your dogs play! We are striving to provide the best amenities for you & your pups along with privacy so you can enjoy the experience! We know how stressful dog parks can be which is why our Sniffspot is the perfect place to book as we only along one guest booking at a time! Thanks for choosing our spot! Hi there I'm Courtnee and I'm a Veterinary Technician. I don't have any doggos of my own using this beautiful fenced in back yard, so I'd love to share! I do petsitting as well so there may be a pup or two here occasionally but I have separate fencing areas, if needed. I have plenty of water bowls and tennis balls to go around!

Approximately 1/2 acre area, partially fenced, with short grass and 17 slash pine trees. All natural, pesticide and herbicide free grassland on a quiet dirt road with a parking area, covered porch with seating and hand sanitizer provided. Guest must have bag and clean up their dog’s poop. Thank you for your consideration.

Very nice area. Farm like. We have over an acre of yard for your dogs to run on. Chill family who won’t disturb or be outside when you will be.

Bring your dogs over and enjoy our fully fenced in yard at Weeping Pines Meadow. There is plenty of space for your four legged friends to run and play. Our large trees and covered patio provide shade when you need a break from the sun. Sit by the lake and enjoy duck and bird sightings. Bring lunch and enjoy it on the back patio table with seating for six or lounge on the four lounge chairs under the umbrellas. If you come by in the early evening, you can catch a sunset from the Adirondack chairs or the lake. Our German Shorthaired Pointer, Nadja, loves running our property, however, she will not be outside when you visit. Come see this fun, new spot for you and your dogs. We have seen how much running has made a difference for our dog and are happy we have the opportunity to offer it to your dogs too!

In order to maintain the condition of our property, we ask that you do not drive on the grass. Please park your car in the designated parking lot on the asphalt and walk to the spot. Additionally, please remember to pick up after your dog and dispose of any toy pieces if they are destroyed. Please be mindful of your booking time and ensure that you do not arrive before your scheduled time, and please vacate the spot by the end of your reserved time. Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio. Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. Please bring your own towels if you plan on using the pool. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Humans are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. BARKING - We know your furry friends are having a good time and happy barks are totally ok! Please just keep in mind we do have very kind neighbors and we still need to respect the levels of excessive barking. :) EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.
