This property is vacant, on a quiet dead end road and ready to be enjoyed. It’s partially fenced. The pond and creek would be great for splashing and swimming. Please note: there are periods of time where the grass is high as it is only cleared periodically. If this is a concern please ask before booking your pet for a visit. Enjoy a peaceful space in Mars Hill located on an active hobby farm. Our Sniffspot is fully enclosed with no-climb, 4ft goat fencing and includes walking paths and a small creek for your pups to play in. Easy access from the main road with a small graveled parking space right in front of the Sniffspot entrance. As most properties in Mars Hill, the acreage is located on a hillside. Your dog can play near the creek at the bottom of the slope which is more flat and shaded or take a short hike along the path to the top and enjoy amazing mountain views while your pup plays in the pasture! We do have chickens, goats, sheep and pigs that remain in their separate fenced in pasture, but occasionally the chickens may roam in the parking area, so please be aware.

Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - In effort to help pollinators, most of the grass is short, but I don't cut it along the perimeter. - Security system is in use with a camera, however, I respect your privacy so long as you respect mine! :)

Lovely country home on 1 acre with 1/2 acre fully fenced. Beautiful flower, veggie and herb garden in the backyard. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed here. The neighbors leave their two Great Danes outside most of the time. They sometimes run up and down the fence line barking, so if your dog is reactive, this might be an issue. I have a 4' chain link fence and the neighbor has a 6' wooden fence, so the dogs are hidden. Overall, it’s a very peaceful and serene, lovely green space. We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on the yard or garden.

We are a canine rescue & boarding ran on private property. We live on site with someone on site 24/7 . We have two lots available for rent per hours. One for jumpers or escape artists and another lot offers refrigerator for drinks or bring a lunch. Only one reservation per lot. Up to 3 dogs and 2 humans at a time. Cost is per dog /per hour.

Waste stations are along the fence, there is a hose for washing off, some pools if wanting to splish splash( during summer months and upon request) and picnic tables for the pet parents to sit and relax while the pups play. A cooler will be outside with cold beverages (water, ice, N/A seltzers and sodas). Toys will be available such as frisbees and balls. Welcome to bring any of your own. Neighbors are super friendly in the case a toy gets thrown above the fence.

Spot is located near an abandoned home site, and has a 10x14 ft platform to hang out on while your pup chases a stick! The site is nestled into the hillside of the woods and offers plenty of shade and a cool mountain breeze. There is active wildlife in the area, and your pup will have the best time sniffing all the smells! Although the property is unfenced, the site is roughly 200 yards from the road so there is still plenty of safe space to throw a ball!

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

11/1 This site will be closing for the season on November 24th. This is a huge pasture with sloped hills and plenty of space, Tree covered places to sit if you don’t want sun and many beautiful views for everyone to enjoy and play. A restful hammock hanging in another grouping of trees too! If you have never been to this spot, it is worth the drive! This spot has a small watering hole at the back corner that is a treat for any dog! Please be sure to follow the driving directions. All I want is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Please pack out all trash, there are no trash cans onsite. Enjoy!

We need the yard to dry and we need running water. Our water is filtered so the pool and water bowl are always filtered water, but at the moment we don’t have running water. The fence has been restored and is better than ever. Our dogs have been super stressed so we know our fur friends need to decompress. We get it. We are hoping to be open by mid October if we get enough sun. ***** We have over an acre, fully fenced. Pull right up to the marked gate by the out building and go right in. Tall trees provide shade and there is seating. Our dog Oliver shares his toys and we keep a doggy waste station available for easy cleanup.
