Another fabulous day for Loki! He was so excited and ran for the first 10 minutes, after our cruise around the perimeter. Then some ball playing, pointing at birds, locating some people on the road talking (and Loki NOT barking!!! win!!) and then some training. All together an excellent day. For Loki, in training to show him the world is not frightening, this is a perfect place for him to experience all the distractions - wind, animals, smells, people - and see they will not hurt him. He even engaged his brain :) Field was medium length green grass and dirt, not too muddy. Water available to wash off shoes if necessary. Fencing is secure and tall. Plenty of room for dog and human to have a great time. We will be back!!

Out of the 3 sniff spots we went to, this has by far been our favorite. You can tell they really want you to have a great time….I swear there’s 100 tennis balls. We will be regulars!

Private, large and secure. Only saw cows (maybe 10ft from one side of fence) and neighbors pulling into garage. Pretty basic space but the features listed above made it everything we needed for our pup to have a good time.

Big grassy area, very well fenced. Looks like the grass had just been cut so nice and short for finding balls etc… No negatives for this place. It was great!

Couldn’t actually make it do to a last minute situation. The host was great about it. Obviously was our fault so no need for a refund but she was very understanding and said we where welcome back. Thanks for being great!

One of the brilliant qualities of this Sniffspot is the owner is always ahead of things. Spring time means foxtails grow, but Nancy is keeping grasses growth managed by mowing. It's a pleasure to enjoy this space without fear of later vet visits. Thank you Nancy.

Absolutely gorgeous idyllic setting in Petaluma, surrounded by farmland as far as you could see. The directions were clear and the park was easy to find. Although the property is right by the main road, it is a secluded country road with very few cars, and the fence seemed very secure. My two reactive dogs had tons of space to run, roam, and sniff: they had such a ball they were zonked for a solid day and a half. Host thoughtfully provided poo bags, balls, and fresh water for the dogs, and a couple of nice shady spots to rest. I am so grateful for this place, and will hopefully be back soon.

Great place! Will definitely be back. The fencing is nice and study/high in all places. I like the doggy bags hung around the fence line in case you forget them. We had an amazing time.

Another great play session at Pepper Rd Play Park! Love coming here so much and my dog has a great time burning off his wild shepherd energy! This time around there was a cat close by in the field that got my dogs attention but it did not try to come close to the gate. There were children playing and yelling by the fence (the house’s backyard) which didn’t bother my dog at all luckily as he is not human reactive but just something to be aware of as there are children who live in the neighboring house next to the field that share the same fencing that could be bothersome for some nervous pups when they are at play :-) but nonetheless such an amazing experience!

Can’t say enough how I love this spot! Always have a great time with the dogs, the pasture is always mowed down, they have water bowls and around the perimeter they have poop bags, garbage cans, seating and dog cots…. Love it!

First time coming to this location and I was blown away! So easy to find and my pup had a great time! You can tell the location is very well taken care of/maintained. The grass was recently mowed and clean. No fox tails or noticeable holes that can cause injury for the pups. Fencing was secure and high, which made me feel safe letting my boy run free. Trash cans and dog bags provided, and also water which was nice! Really enjoyed our time here and we will be coming back for sure! Thank you!

We loved it so much we came back the next day! Seriously, the best place to take your pup ever! I will say that this time around, whoever came previously before us did not clean up after their furry ones too well- there were about 3 spots with dog droppings. Even though we did encounter this, I will not be taking a star off because this is not the property owner’s fault what’s so ever! I think it’s so important that we all do our part and clean up after our dogs and messes not only to keep Nancy’s place in prime condition but for the next guests as well and so on… there are plenty of bags provided and trash cans so there should be no excuses for other folks! We are renting the spot after all… it’s the least we can do to keep enjoying the clean space. Thanks again!

Great place! Fully and securely fenced. Entire area was freshly mowed and full of wonderful smells blowing in from Nearby livestock. Nice area of shade with a huge pine tree. A great place to train or play.

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
