Seating areas close to the house and in the middle of the yard at a 17 ft raised gazebo(great to sit and observe your pups). Both areas have tables. In the summer we have a yard swing as well and a three tier fountain. Some items like water hoses are not available in the winter. Lower yard is paved with flagstone and has steps going to the upper yard. It is a very quiet area with lots of shade in the summer.

There is also an unfenced area behind the fenced area that can be used for recall training, with chances to see our resident deer herd and rabbits! Directions: Enter Sniffspot cabin (on the right inside the fence) Light switch on the immediate right turns the lights on in/out of the cabin. Below that switch you will see a cord to plug in the trail lights. Directions to turn heater on in Cabin when you arrive: (Don't press button on heater) You will see a timer button on the ceiling, press the minutes button you would like. REMOTE: Grab the remote from on top of the fridge and press ON and MAX. Heat should start. Heater automatically turns off after the timer runs out. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE! 1 acre is mowed, which leads to a bridge that goes across the creek where the trails begin Inside the Sniffspot Cabin you will find small snacks and beverages. Pour over coffee set up with hot pot to warm your water up. Extra water in the fridge, different creamers in the fridge as well as hot chocolate packets with whipped cream. Welcome! Thank you for choosing Mama Kay's Pup Yard! We are a relaxed home with .30 acres of a fully fenced-in yard. We have a patio area for human (and pup) lounging. Large grassy area with a few mulched areas that your pups can dig at. Sunshine or shade is available throughout the yard. The fence is 4ft high, so please no high jumpers. There is a privacy screen on the fence but it is not 100% blackout. This yard is virtually surrounded by pups in neighboring houses, so it is likely your dog will see other dogs through the fence and the resident dogs at the back door. Amenities include lighting for night use, a hose, sprinkler, kiddie pool, electricity, seating areas, garbage can, pooper scooper. The property is monitored via surveillance cameras 24/7. You are responsible for cleaning up your pups waste with the pooper scooper and trash can provided. We ask that you respect the privacy of our neighbors at all times and follow all laws and ordinances set forth by our local jurisdiction.
