We named our spot after our beloved bulldog, Puddy, who passed away a couple of years ago. We hope your furry kids enjoy the spot as much as he did.

This 80’x220’ fully fenced area is fenced with cattle panels with 4” openings and is 4’ high. The field is also used for disc dog competitions (frisbee dog) and may be painted for disc dog games.

A quiet half-acre with a nice view. Water at hose. Picnic table on deck or play catch in the yard. Enjoy!

Now available 5 acres of play! Our play area features a 2 acre unfenced mowed and maintained yard. Also included is 3 acres of unmaintained creek bottom. Dog are more than welcome to take a dip in the creek as long as you are willing to walk through the high grass to supervise! Surrounding the property is a 20 acre wheat field. Be aware that if a dog were to go in the wheat they will not be visible so dog must be able to be recalled. The wheat is not around all year and once harvested the extra 20 acres is free game for play. Our area is prone to ticks and we recommend checking pets immediately after returning home from their day of play. On the property is also outdoor cats, 2 dogs (that will remain indoors during your play period) and free range ducks so please consider how your dogs will react as we know things happen but would not like them to chase or go after these animals.

Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!

Our farm is a total of 12 acres with 5 acres available to you! The acres include fields, a creek and woods!

The field has a solid post and rail fence with welded wire on the southern section and the northern and western sections have a solid stone wall (not technically a fence) with brush and bushes about 10-15 feet thick on western part and 2-3 feet on northern section. The eastern boundary is a boulder field of large boulders and trees/brush to secure the perimeter.

You’ll enjoy this peaceful clean ranch atmosphere with views of other animals such as houses

We own a private 2 acre plot of land. We will eventually be building a house on it, but for now it’s open and ready for your dog to run around. There’s no fence, so I would recommend a very long lead or have your dog be good a recall.

There are feral cats, deer & other wildlife around so just be aware when exploring! We have 2 dogs who we keep inside when there’s visitors but you may hear they’re barking, please refrain from visiting directly around the house. Part of the walking trail goes past beehives (there is the option of taking another trail).
