I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

We recently built our home on farm land that has been passed down throughout generations. The whole farm is 76 acres, we subdivided 5 acres off for our house and we planted a 1.6 acre yard. Our dogs and boys love to run our yard together and we hope you will enjoy it as well!

This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.

Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

Hello, and welcome to Iron Mine Dog Run. Our corner lot is in the quiet country setting of Londonderry Township/Middletown and offers little to no distractions for your pup. There is a picnic table, large front porch, porch swing, and patio table and chairs for resting. Our fenced in area is VERY bright when it gets dark. We have 4 floodlights on the side of the house, string lights & valance on the front porch, and a LED valance on the back porch. We also have LED motion sensing lights on the fence posts throughout the yard. There is a spigot with a hose and sprinkler for those hot days, or to fill your pups water dish! There are many shaded spots to get away from the sun around the yard as well. We love where we live because of the scenery, quietness, and low traffic volumes. Our pups thrive in this environment and we know yours will too, we’re so happy to be able to share it with you! MuckMeister Farm's SniffSpot is a converted horse pasture. No horses occupy this spot, and there is a small field separating the fence lines. Our fencing is black PVC "no climb" with four white coated wires for extra security and visibility.

Beautiful 1 acre area of unfenced yard with plenty of room for your dog to run & play. Directly along our creek for your pups to get in, get a drink, swim, etc!

Now available 5 acres of play! Our play area features a 2 acre unfenced mowed and maintained yard. Also included is 3 acres of unmaintained creek bottom. Dog are more than welcome to take a dip in the creek as long as you are willing to walk through the high grass to supervise! Surrounding the property is a 20 acre wheat field. Be aware that if a dog were to go in the wheat they will not be visible so dog must be able to be recalled. The wheat is not around all year and once harvested the extra 20 acres is free game for play. Our area is prone to ticks and we recommend checking pets immediately after returning home from their day of play. On the property is also outdoor cats, 2 dogs (that will remain indoors during your play period) and free range ducks so please consider how your dogs will react as we know things happen but would not like them to chase or go after these animals.

My name is Kaitlyn. I have quite a bit of land that wraps around my house from the front to the side to the back. Out back is an extended, very open field where my dogs personally love to get their zoomies out. There isn't a fence, but it is all outlined with trees, creating that "barrier" for them. There are areas of long grass as well for those pups who love to hop around in the tall grass. Your puppers will most certainly have the space they need to work off some of that high energy, and (if it's okay with the owner) they will definitely be given lots of love and affection during your visit! We have a lot of acreage perfect for dog walking. Lots of wildlife. Take a walk through the wood’s or through the blueberry field on our trails, your dog won’t be disappointed.
