I have about .75 fenced acres up by my house that my personal dogs use, but is also available to rent. This area is fully fenced and has some great digging spots according to my dogs. I also have about an acre and a half available for rent that IS NOT FENCED. This spot is ideal for high energy breeds with great recall already established. There are a few trees in the field to provide shade, but the rest is wide open. There is also an apple tree in the field that guests are more than welcome to pick from during season (September- early October). These make great dog treats as well, as long as they are not eating copious amounts and eating the seeds.

We currently sit on 8 acres partially fenced in. The fence would keep the animals away from the highway and any other dangerous objects a good place to let your dog test out as full speed capability. Park like area for doggy play and room for agility training. Small fenced patio in front of the house for small dogs and fur parents to relax.

We are a nut free household & yard due to severe allergies. Please be sure to keep us that way. 💚 Our backyard is a big 6ft fenced in area with a play structure, a trampoline, a ride on car track, and sand box that little humans are welcome to use with supervision & assumption of risk. We have a back deck that is open for use with while your pup plays. Our home is host to 3 adults, 2 kids, 3 cats, and a 3.5 year old mini Aussie. Akk pets are up to date on vaccinations and altered. Ruby, the Aussie is available to work play with other pups or to work with owners to help their dogs work on manners. Ollie (12) and I are pretty awesome at loose leash training, basic commands and magic tricks. I do plan to convert a section of the yard into an agility area to train and challenge our Ruby. I would be happy to be paid in pup obstacles to help develop the area. Notice: our yard is pet wet and muddy at the moment from the recent snow melt. I’ll be adding a paw and boot washing station and leave out a bucket of warm water for guests if desired 💚

I have a .26 acre lot that is fully fenced in for your dog to come and hang out. If you live in an apartment building and want to be able to let your dog run free, this is the place. I have chairs outside for you to sit if need be. We have a dog but she will stay inside if you want while your dog is here. Please message after reservation for gate code. Right outside the gate is an open neighborhood walking trail with two parks for additional playtime if desired. Mainly for the owner, because Abi's will already provide plenty of energy run off area for the healthiest and happiest of pups! We can't wait to see you at Abi's!
