Thank you, Sarah and Don, for sharing your pretty property with our dogs! They had a great time chasing the ball, jumping in the water, repeat, repeat and repeat! Nice and quiet, with a lovely violin accompaniment for a time.

Really lovely spot, which my dog loved! Great open field for running around with lots of room to roam. Just a note if you have noise sensitive pups, there was distant gunfire. It was quite far off, and not that surprising for Maine.

We loved this spot!! It was so wonderful to spend time with my reactive pup in a beautiful place (great views for the human!) with lots of good smells and variety, and no worry of running into any other dogs. I kept Marshall on a long lead, but the road that abuts this property is super mellow/very low traffic, which is great for those doing off leash activity. The fields are great for running around, and lots of good sniffing in the wood areas. Sarah and Don are super accommodating and communicative. Will definitely be back again!

This was our second visit to Sarah and Don’s place. The first was in late summer and this time it was on a gorgeous winter day. The water (ice!) views were breathtaking - a bonus for sure! There’s no fence but the property is large enough with enough natural boundaries to keep our dogs safe and close to us. We had a great time playing and training. Tired, happy dogs.

This is our second visit and it is wonderful. He knew instantly where we were when I pulled in the driveway. Where I live I can’t put up a fence and he must be on a leash so this is a great way for him to run free and be a dog.

Great spot for a dog that loves to zoom around and we also appreciated the chicken door! Muddy right now, but Terra was kind and warned us. The only thing that I would mention is to check that the fencing in-between the house and barn is up when you get there. The fencing is sturdy when up, but was down when we got there. Its the only part of the fence that is not fixed to a structure and connects the parking yard to the dog yard, so everything is still fenced-in even with it down. Just something to note if you have a mischievous pup like mine.

Our second visit here… the pup enjoyed some freedom from his leash! Clean towels, toys, poop bags, and chairs were available. We’ll visit again, hopefully when the ground is a little less muddy!

The host was so nice and the dogs had SO much fun. There were toys for them and poop bags as well as towels in case the dogs get dirty. The property is all fenced in and very well kept. We will be back for sure!!

I was looking for a place to get family and all of our golden retrievers together - this was the perfect spot. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and Terra was a great host. The dogs had a blast running, sniffing, getting covered in mud (it had rained recently), and playing with the toys that were provided. The area for the dogs was clean and completely fenced in so no worries about any of them getting loose. We topped it off by picking up pizza from a local place Terra recommended. Great time had by people and dogs!

My reactive Rosey LOVED this spot!! She had so much fun playing fetch, jumping in the puddles and smelling all the smells of this amazing space. The fence was perfect for my little escape artist and although it was a little wet and muddy, Terra warned us and we were well prepared!! Will definitely be back!!

Our dogs love coming for a visit at Terra’s farm!Terra is an excellent host, she goes out of her way to accommodate us and provides a safe space for our dogs to explore. Terra recently fenced off a new spot that provides shelter and chairs and a 500ft long string of lights along the perimeter of the fence- it’s perfect for this time of year! We plan to continue visits here throughout the winter season ❤️❤️

We brought our coon hound here to run free and he loved it! Big open concept with trees, there were toys available, fence did it’s job and also had a table and chairs to sit.

Terra’s place is great! There’s lots of places for the dogs to explore and run around. Make sure to wear boots! But we were warned ahead of time of the mud and were able to prepare.

First, this is a 5 star rating because the hosts communication and willingness to make sure that everything was right for me was above and beyond what any reasonable person would expect. The space was definitely large and the dogs had a great time exploring. Due to masses of rain and freezing temperatures there was ice river divining the space which made me nervous but with which the dogs had no problems. Host actually texted me the morning of my visit to warn about the mud (which had turned to ice) so communication is top notch.

Terra was wonderful! It was my first sniffspot visit of any kind and she met me at my vehicle and showed me her lovely property. It was a pretty cold day (20 degrees with a chilly north wind) and she offered me a warm cup of tea and showed me the spot to get out of the weather! Will make this a regular stop!!!
