18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to bark, growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals in the same pen. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. I have half an acre of open space/farmland for dogs to run around on. I have great views and a gazebo where you can watch your dog from. I do have dogs, a cat, chickens, and ducks, but they can all be in their own separated coops and inside the house. The property is fully fenced and I have horse panels if you want to section out part of the yard for your dog.
