Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

The Pooch Playground

From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾

WOW! Great spot lots of space to roam and run Plenty of toys it had a small agility course. It was Very clean lots of grass It was so big I got nervous when I couldn't see my boy. But then I realized it's fenced in. 🤣 Budz 🐶 will be back it was worth the 30 min drive.

We stopped here for a rest stop for our pup on our way to a camping trip in VT and we absolutely loved it! My dog loved running around and we loved that there was so much to do for him. There were chairs for us to sit and a bathroom. Melodie was also very friendly. I wish we lived closer so we could come more often!

Gorgeous property with lots of things to do with your dogs. My little dog sniffed the whole backyard while my big, active dog played fetch and explored the agility area. Poop bag stations were thoughtfully placed around the backyard.

This spot is amazing! Had a fun playdate with 2 other pup friends. It was warm out that day and Melodie couldn’t have been more gracious… pools for the pups to splash in, fresh water for them to drink, plenty of shades places to sniff and lots of open yard to run a top speed. Bear Brook Canine Camp was perfect for our 2 large female German Shepherds! Plenty of well cared for yard. Our girls enjoyed running and playing with the balls. Fantastic with a great price! Lots of place to sit and relax with and without shade. There were even toys and play areas for kids.

The area has been expanded and the entrance is closer to where you park.Dogs love having more area to roam. Clean as always, and pools are empty and no water bowls which is great right now because of dog pneumonia that is traveling through the north east. We love this Sniff Spot.❣️❣️❣️
