Our farm is open fields, lots of riverfront area for dogs to swim, and in the summer grab some vegetables at the farm stand. There are ungroomed walking trails that go around the entire property. Center of property tends to be wet. My personal dogs will remain inside the house while you are here. Bring your own poop bags please. Dogs with good recall are allowed off leash, at your own risk, please. We love all breeds of dogs with every quirk and ability. We respect that all dogs have different temperaments; all dogs are welcome, no matter how they feel towards strangers or other animals. We will do our 100% best to ensure no person or domestic animal will bother you on your adventure here. We work in animal rescue and commit that all proceeds will go towards continuing to help abandoned, abused, and neglected pets. Thank you for enjoying our peaceful space. Wow! Such a great piece of land! My dogs LOVED the brook area. We actually were able to teach my little aussie to swim! The water and treats were much appreciated by my pups. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get here and would love to do it again!

A piece of heaven on earth! So grateful the owners share this beautiful piece of land. The trail was very well marked, and very clean. Bug spray, a dog bowl, toys ect were offered at the beginning. We will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful afternoon trek at Susan's Sniffspot today! We took the trail to the right and found the river—it was beautifully shaded and had a nice sandy bottom. Luna jumped right in, but Indiana had never ventured into any bodies of water before, so I gave her a little nudge, lol. She survived!

We had a great time! Lots of tail wags and fun! We'll definitely be back! Beautifully maintained fields with shade and sunny spots. The Forest trail is rugged but definitely maintained with lots of signs/markers. There's a big field and the lower field is easier to walk. Plus a beautiful pond! My dog thought we were there for the grass buffet and she was delighted to find the river! She loved the complementary grass towels after her pond belly flops and could've spent the whole day enjoying this! Thanks again!

A great spot! I highly recommend this place. The host is awesome and always has water and bug spray ( which you will need ) My high prey dog is always exhausted when we get home. I was even able to get a 6am-8am spot!

Beautiful spot for pups to get some experience and cool down! It was about 85 degrees, the trails were shaded & my boy loved splashing around in the stream! Susan was so helpful and clear with the directions! Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot! My dog had the best time & it was very easy to navigate. We did get a little turned around on the way back home but all the green dots helped bring us back! It’s about 25ish minutes to the river, so really happy we booked 2 hours, as it gave us enough time to relax and let our dog play in the water before heading back out.

Very easy to find. Well marked trails. Very quiet and peaceful. It was raining for our visit which made for a bug free adventure. We encountered deer so a good recall if you plan on having your dog off leash is a must. Swimming spots were refreshing for the dogs. It is rugged so hard sole footwear is needed. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Sniffspot with tons of space for dogs to run, my dog loved the trails and the water she was so happy, my 18 month old son even loved walking and picking up rocks and sticks, the terrain is a bit rough in spots but nothing my 18 month old couldn’t handle! In order to hike the trails, we require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot hiking trail at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
