My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

Fully fenced in yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Plenty of chairs and a bench for owners to utilize to relax. Once the weather warms up the gazebo onsite will be the perfect place to get some shade stocked with drinks for owners and treats for dogs! You will find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

This is a long, large space that dogs could run and play in. The side of the house could be blocked off so they can stay in sight the entire time. Options to keep an eye on dog from inside sunroom (we have cats though—so not if you’re alllergic!). We also have a fire pit for warmth in colder times and outside lighting for earlier sunset seasons.

Hello 👋 I am in and out of my home all day. Sometimes my dog Argo is outside and sometimes he's inside in his crate. I will have water and doggy bags so your dog can enjoy our yard drink some water and you can pick up their poop and put it in the trash with the blue bag. You're welcome to sit in the big cushion chairs while your dog runs around. My dog argo is friendly so if we're home we'll try playing if that's okay with you and if they aren't playing together nicely I can put Argo inside till you're done. My home is secured by ADT so do not attempt to enter home. sorry no public bathroom. The house and yard is also being recorded by video and audio footage at all times. Hope you and your dog can enjoy our yard and I'll try and have balls out there to throw but I swear they disappear into thin air.

WINTER CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to snow/ice/weather unpredictability in New England, we will close for the winter in mid-December. We will reopen for the 2023 season when everything defrosts in the spring. Thank you to everyone who visited and supported us for a great opening season! One acre property located in Seabrook with quarter acre fully fenced in behind house and barn. Yard is fenced with six foot privacy wood panels on three sides and chain link fence on one side. None of our immediate neighbors have dogs, however the side of yard with chain link fence does view out to a cul de sac where you may occasionally see dogs being walked by, or hear dogs barking further away in the neighborhood. You can rest assured that no other dogs will approach the fence or your dog during your visit. To find our property, look for the long driveway with a big white barn at the end. Park in the circle, and find entrance to the fenced in yard on the left side of the house. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30AM to 7PM with a lunch closure from 11:30AM to 1PM. Members have exclusive access to our spot for the same hours on Friday, and before noon on Saturday and Sunday.
