Almost 25 acres of beautiful nature! You and your pet(s) can enjoy this private area for only $15 an hour per dog! (1/2 off for a second dog) We have miles of mowed grass trails for you to walk and three huge meadows or mowed grass as well! Please know, this is not fenced in.

Lots of stuff to sniff... deer and squirrels seen daily. Springs that the dogs can drink from. Extra trailmarkers added to help you navigate. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just please make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. Field area can be soft and some areas muddy after the rain. Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too! (She'll probably notice you when you arrive and will bark at the window, but it's pretty far from the parking area and will be faint)

Roughly 5 acres in total. 3+ acres of woods with trails and another 1-1.5 acres of mowed lawn. Besides my own dog (Husky), There are chickens near the house in their fenced area. Plus several outdoor barn cats around the house and garage. Feel free to stop by (with prior notice) to walk the property with me before scheduling a visit with your pet.

Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!

We offer 7 acres of wooded land for your pooch to run and discover! We have several well cleared & well kept trails to hike on , a campsite with fire pit and a large dog pen available if your pooch needs a time out .... We encourage all dogs to start out on lead until comfortable with the terrain and area as wildlife likes to visit our woods! All dogs should be off leash trained to come on command before allowing them to run free... In the summer we have a small pool for your fur a y to cool off in, dog toys are always available, and water is kept at campsite for your pet to rehydrate ....we also offer poop bags and have a trash can available to dispose your doggies doodoo in properly....towels ate available in vase your pup tolls in mud or anything mud like!

Welcome to Spring House Meadows! There are multiple areas for your pup to sniff: -Meadow with walking trails -Horse corrals that are semi-fenced in (thick vine & brush enclosing it with small opening, will put out gate if available or bring your own to enclose completely) -Pond your pup is welcome to use if they like water The neighbors have horses & cows. There are feral cats, deer & other wildlife around so just be aware when exploring! We have 2 dogs who we keep inside when there’s visitors but you may hear they’re barking, please refrain from visiting directly around the house. Part of the walking trail goes past beehives (there is the option of taking another part of the trail). Please do not go past the power line poles at the top of the meadow & do not go past our barn down below. If any questions or concerns please reach out!

We have 11 acres your dog could run on that is secluded and private. There is a 2/3 mile loop trail that goes around a pine forest. There is a cool and shaded pine forest with a carpet of pine needles your dog could run in and you can hang out in. Bring your chairs and enjoy the mountain scenery and have a picnic you want. If your dog poops on the trail, pick it up and toss it in the weeds. If your dog poops in the weeds, we don't care. You would need to bring all your own supplies. There is plenty of parking. Our property borders a railroad so you will need to keep your dog off the tracks. If you could send me a message before you book a time about what time you are considering it would be appreciated.
