If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

Private 30 acres with pastures, trees, pond & a creek. I live on the top of the hill with my golden retrievers and use the rest of my property for retriever training and fun with my goldens!

I don't have dogs, but would love to have yours come enjoy my back yard! A typical suburban fenced back yard, but with a beautiful view and only one neighbor. Come relax on the back porch and enjoy a snack while your dog plays with provided toys!

Splash in the beautiful pool that has shaded areas as well as a sun deck. A large, covered patio is available with lots of seating as well as a TV. Water hose available for washing off.

We have capabilities for short term stay or long term stay if it needs to be weeks. Our big spacious pens are sturdy with shelter and great for any dogs. 1 18f pool with dog friendly steps. Water trough for drinking or bathing. Chairs, hammock. Fire pit. 2 plum trees, a pomegranate tree and a small garden. Feel free to pick fruit if you see it. My dogs can be inside or come out and play. They are very friendly.
