It's nestled in the Colored District of Pflugerville. There's a Hispanic and African American cemetery you will pass to enter the property. The field's trees are along the edges so you can see your dog almost across the whole property. There's a 2 car carport and house on the property. Also there are a few trails the animals use along the fence which are seen when the grass gets higher. There is a firepit, parkours and the main attraction is the huge field. Dog walkers, reactive dogs and/or doggie dates are perfect for the spot. The smells, the sniffs and occasional chase of small animals will keep the dogs attention all in a safe controlled environment. I try to keep debris off the spot. I'm always fixing the fence. My main focus for the visitors is please pick up after your dog. There's plenty of bags and a huge green trashcan to put it in. I just added a swung which I'd next to some trees so yall can relax in the shade and not in the grass. There's a green trash can where the doggie poo goes. Attached to that are the poo bags in a clear plastic bag. Next to the green trash can is a rusty metal chair. In that chair are toys, tennis balls, doggie bowls and more. The water hose is on top of a 55 gallon Grey tank, which is close to the house. This tank is less than 8 feet away from the proper gate facing north, which is next to the outdoor water source. Now offering 30 minute time slots because of the heat. RVers are welcome.

There is a spacious deck with an umbrella, a fan, and a plenty of seating. It is a doggy paradise. Just ask out 2 border collies and their friends. We have 5 acres with multiple fenced areas. Currently when you book you get the fully fenced front acreage. There is also a large pond for the water loving dogs but it is not fully secure. (POND IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR PLAY DUE TO DROUGHT) We do also have horses, chickens and cats so we do ask that your pup be a good neighbor and not chase anyone but their own balls, frisbees or other toys.

This backyard has seen its fair share of dogs and they all leave happy and tired- such a perfect space for dogs to do all the sniffing! My yard is go to for everyone! I host all of the cookouts and fire nights for friends to bring their dogs over. There is a line of trees and bushes along the back fence that my dog and all dogs I babysit looove to explore. It’s not too big that they get lost in physically, just perfect enough for them to get lost in all the smells ☺️ it’s plenty big enough to launch a ball or kick around a soccer ball and great for kids too! **Guests are also free to use the indoor restroom (although my dog and I may be inside if we are home, but put away)**

For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation. For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation. We are centrally located in Georgetown in the Terraces of Woodlake community. Exteriors cameras. Our dogs will remain indoors while yours play but can be a playmate upon request & after a successful, controlled “meet & greet.”

The ranch has multiple fenced areas that can be used (smaller areas if your dog isn't trained to come can be arranged).
