Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. Fencing is high for bigs, and goes completely down to the ground for littles! What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! About 1/3 is shaded, Wi-Fi, covered porch and a dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out in inclement weather. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool for your visit. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. The spot is named for our recently departed Rocco, our love and inspiration! Sniffspot fee goes to the care of the rescued animals. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses, six chickens, and four companion birds, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two rescued dogs permanently sanctuaried here for a year+ and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case, happy to discuss and try out a playdate. Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Feel free to enjoy this little spot. It is 100% pesticide and herbicide free! Suitable for pets and people including small children. Lots of running space for a small to medium sized dog. Larger dogs might also enjoy a new experience. Squirrels, bunnies and chipmunks enjoy the area and might be of interest to your pup. There’s plenty of shade from trees and a fence all around so they are safe. Our neighbors have chickens and goats which are visible and provide additional entertainment to you and your dog. Also, feel free to participate in scientific research - please let me know which wild birds you saw at my spot and if there were any frogs in the pvc refugia (evaluating amphibian color preference) :)

When you book, we will ask for your full name and contact information in case of any incidents. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you are unwilling to provide this information. There are dogs and cats in the home. They will not be out during your reserved time. They may be audible or visible though through windows. Do not book if you have an unsocialized dog that cannot be around strangers. We have people visiting the property regularly and cannot plan around your visit. No one will bother you but we want to be transparent that you’re not visiting some isolated area with no activity. Do not allow your dog off-leash outside of the fenced-in area. There are cameras all over the property. Please be advised that you consent to being video recorded if you enter the property. You must park on the street. No parking in our driveway. Please make requests for Dog bowls or towels or treats (or anything else) prior to your booking and we will try to accommodate your requests. The spot is not scooped or cleaned by the owners. If you arrive and there is poop, scoop it if you do not want yourself or your dog to step in poop. Scoop up your own dog’s poop prior to leaving as well. We will not tolerate reviews about cleanliness of the spot as we are being very clear beforehand that the owners do not go out and scoop the spot for visitors. The spot is in a quiet neighborhood and there are two gates. The fence is well-secured and has been visited and enjoyed by hundreds of dogs over the years. No dog has ever escaped and the area is really fun for throwing a ball around or training your pet. We appreciate you reading this information and hope to host you soon.

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.
