We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.

Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Available water and outside bowls for dogs. The running waterfall pond dogs enjoy in the summer. The pool is also set up in summer or sprinklers for dogs and kids. Dogs absolutely love the backyard in spring with all the blooming plants and birds

All natural grass kept cut fairly short. No fertilizers or chemicals ever applied to land, just natural field grass/weeds. Large space with some shade along either wood line.

This is a 2.7 acre property that backs up to White Marsh Park. There are several mature trees but the property is mostly cleared. Forest Drive is a quiet road and this property is toward the end (about 1 mile in from Rte 3). Prince George's County does not allow homeowners to own pitbulls (unfair, I know) so it's my guess there may be an issue if you want to bring a pit. I want to welcome every dog but bound by local laws unfortunately.

Would be awesome for training, especially off leash. My dog is trained off leash and she benefited amazingly from my property! We love dogs!
