Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Come for our glorious sunrises on the creek and sunsets in the fields or just to enjoy the day exploring the fields and creek. The dog area starts past the broken black fence behind the house and goes down through the fields and into the woods. I would appreciate it if you would kindly please keep the dogs leashes and wait until you are past the broken fence to allow your dog to do any business. If your dog is under control or if the horses are not out, you can let them loose right after the broken fence. If you think your dog might be nutty with the horses, please take appropriate measures. To get to the creek, go past the broken fence and keep going down the hill to the back tree line. I have included a map in the pictures. And then just keep walking; it’s about five minutes from the house to the trailhead. We have set out fluorescent yellow markers on the trees on the back tree line as you approach the trail. We also put up a blue sign that says “To The Creek” at the trail head. Once in the woods, walk down the steep hill and take the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill, before the little ravine. That trail will take you out to a spot where your dog can splash around and I’ve cut a few trails to explore back there. If you go to the red barn, you’ve gone too far. The trail is right at the base of the hill. We are looking forward to having you and please reach out if you need anything special or want to chat before coming.

I had a great time with my pup. The road just on the other side of the fence may be a distraction to some dogs, but mine was not bothered by it. It didn't seem to bad during the tail end of rush hour. The yard has a general gentle slope from on corner to the diagonally opposite corner. It is a various mix of grass and woodchips. There are some rocks at the lowest point that may be an ankle hazard to humans. Other than that, the fence was in decent shape. I don't think smaller dogs can get thru. The yard was free of poo and there were 2 collection cans, one in the yard and one by the gate. There was a decent collection of balls and toys but I bring my own. Parking and directions were easy to find and follow. I would come here again if I had a "forever" dog, as I am just fostering a dog temporarily.

I had a great first Sniffspot visit with my two dachshunds! It was so nice to have a backyard for them to run around in without having the added stress of other dogs being around. Sadie and Oakley played fetch and explored every corner of the yard. The yard was well kept and had a nice area with patio chairs under a canopy. There’s also dog poo bags provided if you don’t have any. I brought a water bottle and bowl of my own and some toys and we were all set. We will definitely be back!

Sansa and I had an excellent visit at this Sniffspot! The yard was extremely spacious with toys and poo bags provided. The shaded area gave me a great spot to relax and a place for Sansa to take a break when the wasn’t running and sniffing every inch of the yard. Definitely will be back!

My first Sniffspot, but we had a great time. It was clean, fences were good and it was nice to have chairs to sit in while the dogs played. Lights came on automatically at dusk (thank you!) There were a few toys around (yay) and a trashcan for dog waste. We'll definitely come back.

The host was welcoming and accommodating. The yard was a perfect size for my energetic puppy to run around and play ball and frisbee. He had such a great time that he did not want to leave! Lesson learned: keep a long leash on the dog for the full play time, make it easier to grab & go!

Hi, this was my first experience with Sniffspot. The location was great, I really liked that it was detached, private, and secure. We loved this yard! It was set up perfectly for our dog, Harley. We found the house okay, but had a little difficulty finding the yard because we were looking in the back. The yard is in the front where you park. There are toys and lots of room to run. The yard was clean. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
