We have a water hose, doggy pool, toys, treats, and an electric cord for charging your computer or phone. I do have wi-fi for you to use, so you can even come and work while watching your pups play.

It's on a beautiful dirt road. So quite and peaceful. You can let your dog run and nit worry about hom. And relax in a swing or in a hammock. Come enjoy the countryside.

We have a fully fenced in yard here in Lavonia, GA! You don’t have to worry about muddy areas or unsafe ground. Here we have plenty of grass! Our two Doodles love the yard and are also here if your fur baby would like some playmates. If not, they can both stay inside and yours can have the yard all to themselves!

Shaded, sloped and sunny spots abound in my backyard for your furry friend. They can enjoy a random bunny sighting from inside my fence and chase it till their hearts are content or roll around in the grass or lay around on the driveway and just enjoy the breeze. There aren't any holes to twist ankles or paws in the yard so that is an added bonus as well so both you and your furbaby can run and play without the worry. This property has been under construction and is connected to the LizardSniffer compound of 150 acres. Many AirBnBs currently here and being built this year. Around 9/24/24, a fence will be finished/completed. Approx 1+ acre of fenced in. Water supply and a dog shower will be onsite. Welcome to our yard! We are located in a dog friendly neighborhood at Lake Hartwell. Our street has a loop where you are welcome to take your dog for a walk on a leash with the view of the lake. Or you can sit in the shade under our covered carport and enjoy a bottle of water while your sweet pup roams around the backyard. There is a small trail or two in the woods on our property that you’re welcome to stroll through as well. While there are trees cut down next door, there has been no construction or activity taking place. Come enjoy this quiet and peaceful setting with your furry best friend!

Labrador is unfortunately closed indefinitely. Hurricane Helene took out multiple trees near the bridge, and the trail is currently impassable. A 1/4 mile peaceful walk down a private trail through the woods. Your pup will have ample opportunities to run, jump, sniff, and poop and get all that energy out. There is even a swimming hole for your pooch at the creek. There are chairs scattered along the trail, a hammock and tree lounge to relax in, and picnic tables. Take a break with your dog and spend some time in nature without having to drive far.

Please note: My dogs will be home and will likely bark from the window. During heavy rain the yard does flood especially at the low points and can become quite muddy and slippery!
