When you come to our yard, if you would please enter the yard through the carport and through that gate. Know that our yard is treated for ticks and fleas that is pup safe. We have you set up under the porch with everything you need to have a great day with your pooch! Towels are provided if Fido takes a dip in the pool. We’ve also purchased new toys that will be sanitized before each new pup comes to play!

The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is also a shade canopy where you can sit and relax. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything.

This is a nice quiet neighborhood, but it still is a neighborhood. So you and your dog may see/ hear people and/or dogs while you are here. Open field for your dog to run. NOTE: CELL SERVICE is unreliable, texting a bit better. GPS is unreliable as well. Before your first visit, you should get an auto-message 2 hours before your reservation with turn by turn directions. Now on to the good info. The primary area is about 1 1/2 acres. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. There is an agility field, available by special permission only, for those with prior agility experience. See extras.

2500 sq ft indoor space - wide open & out of the weather ! Come and play or exercise your pup in our space! K9CA attendant will be present during visit, no organized/professional training sessions allowed. Fenced, turf potty area outdoor included plus indoor bathroom for handlers.

Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.
