This is the country. No concrete…you will encounter dirt and smells of farm living. We have natural growth areas for wildlife that your dog may encounter that may be dirty and contain sticks, wildflowers, weeds, etc. Dogs love it here as it’s a place they can run and have fun. Please make sure your dogs are on flea preventative to ensure a flea free environment. If they are not on monthly preventative please administer 24 hour active flea meds prior to your visit. Welcome to our 12-acre horse farm! There are 4 horses that live here, but we have plenty of room and places for play for dogs as well! The indoor arena can be a perfect choice to let your dog run and play in bad weather. It's completely enclosed and lit. If outdoor choices are your thing, we have a fenced, outdoor arena with sand footing for your use. Or we have a 0.25 acre smaller area, fully fenced. As far as unfenced areas, there is about 5 acres of woods and about 0.5 acres of pasture that offer room to roam.

Beautiful area and location. Five separate fenced in areas from which you may choose. Some flat large areas for running and some hilly and wooded areas with small creek. All the major areas are fenced with split rail and horse fencing. Some areas with split rail and farm gates. 

It’s perfect food all dogs, has plenty of room and poop scooper and lye container for disposal! Water and toys for dogs. Trampoline and swing for kids.

Just north of Marysville, left off of Rte 31. Country life close to the city. Long driveway to park on. 1/5 Acre east of driveway has been maintained and unused for 2 years. We have dogs in our home, but they cannot access this part of our property. We love our fur babies and want to share a little piece of their heaven with others.
