A dog’s paradise! A wrap-around backyard for dogs to run laps and play. The fully fenced park has a large pepper tree with a swing, a covered and shaded patio with an available hose and water bowls, and a long grass runway for multiple rounds of fetch and endless laps.

My husband and I have lived in this gem for 2.5 years and have decided to open up our yard to people who need the space! For your dog: brand new automatic fence 8' tall on 2 sides (S, W) and 6' tall on the other 2 sides (N, E), a hose & dog bowl for water, a ball, a rope toy, and of course a poop scoop when your furry friend inevitably goes. For you: a gazebo for staying out of the sun and resting, cold drinks & snacks if requested, and a bathroom if you inevitably need it. Welcome to your new backyard!

🌼 Welcome to The Doggy Zen Garden! 🌼 Our backyard is perfect for your pups' oasis getaway! There is ample, non-permitted parking alongside the house. There is street sweeping every 2nd and 4th Wednesday between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Follow the trail and enter through the white gate on the right side of the house. Enjoy the immaculate, beautiful landscape in the backyard as your pups, big or small, play on the grass, completely fenced and safe, with lots of spots to sniff and explore. Relax under a shaded wood patio cover with a built-in fan and listen to the calming sounds of the water fountains. There is a poop bag dispenser mounted against the wall in case you run out or forget to bring your own. Also, we have hand sanitizer available. We have trash cans right around the corner for you to dispose of any waste. We have an outdoor water bowl in case your pups get thirsty and a garden hose to replenish the bowl. Feel free to use the outdoor table, umbrella canopy, and lounge chair for your leisure. We provide WIFI! Please let us know in advance if you need to use it. Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

Just note that the pool was built especially for dogs, it has no steps, it has a beach entrance so dogs can just walk in or out. The pool is only about 3/12 feet deep so you can stand and play with your dog. The yard and the pool area are completely fenced but have a common gate to combine both areas. There is an area where you can rinse off your dog when done with pool.
