We are redoing the outside fencing so the way to get in for now is kind of weird, sorry! You move the black trash can, move the fencing like a door, and go thru. We have a poop scoop and a bucket outside for clean up. There is a huge double water bowl outside for water. We also have some fetch toys! There are cameras all around the property and 4 people live here, so feel free to ask questions if you have any!

This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. Organic herb & lavender farm with fenced in pasture for your dog. Just north of Longmont but you will feel like you are miles away. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have a smaller enclosure that can be used for training,new dog intros, dog birthday parties. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the last slot of the day to watch the sunset).

The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails. I have two dogs that I will keep inside during your visit.

When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

Please note: this spot will be blocked on the calendar for most of December, as I have family visiting with their dogs. Apologies for the inconvenience and have a great holiday! Perfect for dogs that need space to run, play, and explore. Variety of footing - mowed grass, rock, flagstone. Also has a large number of shrubs and trees for sniffing and exploring around. There are resident squirrels that frequently run the back fence for entertainment as well! I do not use chemicals in my yard for pests or weeds. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella for use, as well as a large hammock that is shaded in the afternoons. The umbrella and hammock are unavailable during the winter months.
