This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. 1 acre of open land. Run, jump, fetch, play ball, train, and you name it we have the space for you and your best friend to have open range. Owners may use our driveway closest to that side of the land. Be mindful as we do have cameras. The firepit area is off limits but the rest of the property is yours for your entire stay. There is a trash bin available near the fire pit for your buddy's little brown droppings.

Located in Wayne County on our 70 year old, 5 generation family farm. With a partial of 12 acres, part of 50+ acres owned by immediate family, there is fresh air and plenty of room to run and play. Consisting of 2 fields and partial wooded area, free from chemicals and pesticides, the fields of clover, Timothy, and alfalfa attract deer and other wildlife in the area. There is a creek that flows during the rainy seasons however, usually dries up during the dryer months.

6.25 acres totally fenced in a country setting. A large portion of the property is accessible to pups, mowed field paths and lots of room to run. Quiet settings and woodland and farmland views. This is the country. No concrete…you will encounter dirt and smells of farm living. We have natural growth areas for wildlife that your dog may encounter that may be dirty and contain sticks, wildflowers, weeds, etc. Dogs love it here as it’s a place they can run and have fun. Please make sure your dogs are on flea preventative to ensure a flea free environment. If they are not on monthly preventative please administer 24 hour active flea meds prior to your visit. Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. There are 2 firepits and a Fridge for beverages or a clean cooler for ice. Alcohol is permitted...but be responsible. Smaller firepit is the more practical one and in full view of the backyard. Bring own wood and Firestarters. Fires must be in control and not raging. Hose will be provided. Anyone who wants to use the firepit must inform at booking in the notes. Parking is the right side of the garage or on the grass to the right side of the garage. House is vacant and being remodeled. I live next door.

Parking off-road through grasses in field just before the bridge. Please do not allow yourself or dogs to go up past the pallet garden. Pine trees and tall grass alongside are property boundaries. We own part of the property across the creek up to the birch tree cluster. Please pick up after your dogs. Trash can is not provided due to wildlife. Property monitored with security and wildlife cameras. Not accessible during or immediately after heavy rainfall due to water safety.
