Our backyard neighbor has a friendly dog of their own, and to maintain privacy, we have installed a privacy screen along the fence adjacent to their property. This should help prevent any unwanted interactions, although, she still may be heard barking if outside. We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees won't be out until April but please avoid the hives anyway. Read the reviews to get a good sense for what kind of experience you will have. We are grateful for all the positive feedback and pledge to make your experience just as fantastic.

There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields.

A relaxing nature getaway for you and your pups, right in downtown Dundas! IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Hi there, we are Between The Lakes Family Farm in Canfield (15 minutes south of Binbrook). Our farm is located on 100 acres of beautifully scenic property and we have opened 26 acres of that space for you to explore. Our property is on predominantly flat elevation with trails, multiple fields and roughly 7 acres of forest. While the forest can be dense in spots, it is very walkable and presents a lovely spot to hike through. We have 5 ponds as well as a stream that runs the width of our property and travels through the forest. We have a myriad of wildlife that you may see or encounter during your adventures here. These could include (but are not limited to) great blue herons, muskrats, rabbits, geese, ducks, deer and coyotes. We do have livestock and a guardian dog on the property (they are fully fenced) as well as family pets so please respect their space and ensure your dogs are leashed anytime you are nearing the barn, paddock or barnyard areas.

Nurtured by Nature is a thriving kids summer day camp but currently off season so we are open 7 days a week. So for the safety of the kids and respect to their families we are unable to have the area available while the day camp is open. This is for only 6 weeks in the summer. ***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter.
