Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

We respect our guests' privacy, so if we're home, we'll stay inside and out of your way! When we're around, we'll ensure fresh water is ready for your pup! We also provide waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. We do our best to keep the pastures clean for each guest, and we appreciate your help in maintaining this by cleaning up after your pets. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. Clear and wide walking paths for the owners. I also train dogs for unleashed activities just like what our property offers.

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.
