All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Water dish available plus a pitcher of water with advanced notice. Last-minute bookings should plan to bring water just in case, as we've turned off the hose for the season. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround. The path around the house to access the yard is uneven and requires climbing several steps. It may be difficult for those with mobility issues and we recommend wearing shoes/boots.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Fully fenced acre backyard with a huge patio, chairs and table, a pavilion with couches, and lots of places for pups to play (and for humans to relax!). There is a big hill. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! If a Saturday or Sunday is blocked and you have 2+ dogs, please message to request and it may be accomodated! Please note during winter (November until end of April) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️

Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. We are doing a slow yard clean-up and adding some things so only $5 for the month....plenty of room for dogs to run right here in the city. Backyard is approximately 64 X 80 and mostly green so far.

Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 15 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. It would make me very happy to know your dog(s) are enjoying the converted side yard private dog park, as my beloved dogs did, especially my white standard poodle Buddy, who the dog park is named after. He loved to crouch down by the pine trees and the very tall 20-30 ft high arborvitaes that line the west wood fence, as he waited for me to throw a rubber ball to him, that he would eagerly return to me. Yard is flat and spacious with partial shade most of the day. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit.

My wife and I have a nice semi-forested fully fenced backyard in Minnetonka. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. Our 3 yr old Labradoodle Pepper spends countless hours playing, sniffing, and napping in it. Thanks for looking! PS - We have chickens secured inside their coop in the fenced in area. Your dog may be very distracted with them, FYI!

Rather than opening our books, we ask that you just send a message and we will find a time that works just for you! Welcome from the Oak Ridge Standard Poodles and their humans! We invite you to stop by and visit! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot bamboo privacy fence and there is plenty of room to run and play. You'll have full access to a yard level deck, two patios, and a fire pit. Additional dog activities include: large digging area, weave poles, dog walk, and hanging rope toys. Other items available upon request- see extras! There are chairs and tables in various spots year round. When the weather allows, there is a sectional couch, dog cots, and hammocks as well. The water bowl is large and can be filled/refreshed as needed from the outdoor water spigot under the deck. During your visit, you'll find complimentary dog treats, toys, towels, wipes, poop bags and more! We also provide chilled bottled water (in a cooler) for the humans as well as sanitizer, bug spray, and sunscreen if needed. The resident dogs cannot see you from anywhere in the yard, but they may hear you depending on your location and activity level. This means they may bark on rare occasion from inside the house. You may also hear neighborhood children at the nearby park. One of our next door neighbors has dogs that could be outside in their fenced yard and may see you upon arrival. However, once you are inside the sniff spot, those dogs will not be able to see you. Guest Wi-Fi: Network-sniffspot Password-sniffspot Parking/Security- We strongly prefer that you pull into the driveway and park on the left side close to the house/garage. Once parked, this area is not visible to our dogs from inside the home, which means they are less likely to bark hello greetings. 🐩 It also means the curious/friendly/inquisitive neighbors will not approach you. Gated access to the sniff spot is on the left side of our home just a few feet from the designated/recommended parking area. The gate is secured with a lock that is opened with a code. You may wish to unlock the gate first and then get your pup out of the vehicle. Security cameras monitor all outdoor spaces. But one is a more energetic puppy that likes to bark. Our neighbors are great and are aware of our Sniffspot. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted poo baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚰💧 Sorry, the water has been turned off for the season. Will return in the spring! • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. VERY SMALL DOGS CAN ESCAPE through here. You may temporarily place the board across the gap if necessary, but please remove it when done as this is a passage for the rabbits. • Dogs are welcome on the deck! :) • ❌🚽 Sorry, we do not allow guests to use our restroom. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

Fully fenced: 1 side privacy fence, 2 sides chain link, and one side with the house and gate. Place bagged poop in the small garbage bin. Please do not allow pups to dig or to enter the small separately fenced garden. Spring 2024 the yard is very tender with grass trying to recover from last year's drought, if you remember, it helps to throw "fetch" in lots of different directions to spread out the "wear and tear." Added FYI: Same day bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might not be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are!

Update as of March 2024 - Unfortunately, due to new neighbors behind us, our yard isn't quite the reactive-dog sanctuary it used to be. We love reactive pups and are doing all we can to ensure you're pups are able to safely run and play. Our yard is long but narrow and we now have two dogs behind us that can be very vocal. They tend to be let outside in mid-afternoon and on weekends. Please keep this in mind. We can not force them to stay inside, of course, but will work with you to find a time for your reactive dog to visit when they're not outside. Early morning works best. Thanks for understanding!
