At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

I have 2 acres of property that sits next to another 2 acres of hay field. A lot of space to run around on! My property has a ditch in the back where your dog would love to sniff out! It is not fenced so if your don’t doesn’t listen to your commands I would not bring it unless you keep it on a leash!

Trails go around the property!!

We have 8+ acres of wide open fields to run and enjoy. We have a 1/2 mile path marked out for a nice walk.

Miller Road "Bark" Yard is close you you! To those who might not be up to that walk again. You feel your dog isn't getting to "run". I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Electricity Provided for charging phones, etc. I'm (negotiable) preferably same family. It's a great place to come chill. Ask about other amenities. Games, pool , hammock, grilling, I can work with you. ****Note: This is considered private property. Therefore, adult beverages (no glass, plz) bringing a beer or? As well as your personal stash/alternative, as allowed by the State of Michigan/City of Lansing. Please do so responsibly.

Great open spot for dogs of all kinds! We have a small trail near the back of our property that's wooded. In the spring months it can be quite muddy in some spots. If your dogs have a good sniffer, im sure they will find tons of our dogs toys hidden throughout the property, along with some of my slippers. Lol.

Welcome to our private dog park on our 34-acre farm! We’ve fenced in a beautiful area to create a spacious, secure, and fun dog run where your pup can explore off-leash. The entire area is fully fenced for safety, so your dog can play freely. We provide chairs for you to relax in, and there’s a picnic table available just outside the fenced area. Ample parking is available, as we also operate Bear Naked Wood, a woodworking business on the property. Your dog will love playing with the sticks and toys provided, and there’s plenty of room to run! For those looking to explore further, we offer walking trails around the entire 34 acres, available during certain times of the year for a more scenic adventure. We do have a German Shepherd named ‘Bear’ who does run free on our farm. He’s super sweet and loves all humans and animals! We do have two barn cats and also a horse on property.

Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.
