Property is not fully fenced. Dogs must have good recall. As horses are pastured adjacent to run area . An indoor arena for a rainy day or winter running is available by appointment. A large indoor Wash rack with drain with hot water is available at additional charge to wash larger dogs . $10.00 bring your own shampoo and towels . Large privite lake available for swimming dog bring your own dog life jacket to use lake . Not liable for any dog or human injuries when utilizing property for dog activities. Please refrain from allowing visiting dogs from going to house kennels or barn stables or pastures as not to disrupt those resident animals.

Just moved here, so it's a work in progress but there's a deck to sit and watch with privacy fencing and 2 gates. I'm trying to even the yard out so it doesn't pool water so much when it rains so there are spots in the yard that is noticeable of sand and dirt piles

Feel free to park in the driveway and use the fence to the right to come right in. I have doggie waste bags and hand sanitizer on the table along with free treats for the dogs and snacks for the owners! Also, there are balls for playing fetch. Zada Oasis - a little slice of heaven on the edge of Rochester Hills, Troy, and Auburn Hills. Relax to the sound of our neighbor's bubbling pond and feel like you truly enter your own private world in this space. In addition to our fully fenced-in backyard, we also own the woods behind. They are an option to adventure through if you'd like to keep your pup(s) leashed. Please keep in mind this additional wooded area is not fenced in, and would only be walkable during the dry season. Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

Occasionally(mostly summer months and weekends), only approx. 6 acres are available for private time with your pets, but we can give notice prior to arrival and provide maps of the 'boundary'. This is a backyard but also a full-sized baseball field. My dogs have been playing back there for years. The property is fully fenced in with chain link fence. The areas that backup to another yard are over 6ft tall. There is one strip of fence down the first base line that is about 3ft. All gates are closed and ready to entertain your dogs!

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you.
