We have been here 4 or 5 times, and we love it. Jenine and family are very friendly and helpful. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the greenhouse to the beach and longer if you go down some side paths. There are lawn chairs and toys available. Tank and Cali love it and play fetch. We will be back lots.
