A private secluded sanctuary where you might see some deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, fish and maybe even some other wildlife depending on what time you come to visit. If you like nature with a country setting, you and your pets will love it here. So bring your pets and come on over and enjoy your visit.

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just attach the nozzle head to the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!

We have a fully fenced in backyard, which is completely cut clean once a week. (Along with daily cleaning) I was once a Germans Shepherd trainer, and my dogs are great with socializing with other dogs, big or small. All animals are invited inside and over night is available!

My yard is about 1 acre, it is securely fenced on two sides. A third side has a bit of a natural barrier of bushes. If your dog is used to being off-leash and is not prone to running off, then this is a perfect spot for you. I have a kiddie pool, a big water bowl, and a hose that can be used and I will have a bin of toys and some treats ready! There is some highway noise, but I’ve grown so used to it, I don’t notice anymore. There is a fence, a large ditch, and a 20 ft or so concrete barrier in between the spot and the highway. It’s impossible to ‘stumble into’ or for a dog to even try to get to. The open areas lead to neighbor’s yards and then down the street would be a 30 mph street, so it is a safe spot! Come and enjoy!
