Hello to all you fur baby fans out there! As a dog dad, I know the amount of energy we need to get out of them for them to remain healthy and happy. My 15yo lab was let off the leash permanently in February and I'm not ready to commit full time again...yet. Having had dogs all my life and having a 9yo son that that says he'll do all the work, I'm sure it will happen soonish but for now this option works great for both of us! My Spot is a spacious fully fenced backyard with great shade at any time of the day. The entrance is on the west side of the house. There is occasionally a dog in the yard to the west but there is an 8 ft fence on that side. The chainlink section in the back will have people in their yard rarely but no pets. I will take care of any cleanup and disposal for you for an additional $2/dog. Come, play, leave. Easy peasy! Feel free to eat some raspberries while you're here, if they are in season. My backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff! *Water is off until May. Please bring water.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. (Dogs are not allowed in with the farm animals.) We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit!
