This spot is our favourite! George met us and shared a map of the trails. The trails were flat so easy to walk and there’s a few landmarks to orient yourself while you wander. Lovely forested area with a great river/creek running through it - pretty fast moving in spots. Perfect spot for our dog and us!

Beautiful property. Hospitable host!!! Maybe a suggestion for the trails… some arrows for directions in the trail. We got a bit lost with the map. Our dogs loved it tremendously!!!!!

Was awesome, no danger of meeting other dogs with my reactive dog. Great places for a swim in warmer weather. George was very friendly and helpful with trail info.

As everyone else has mentioned, George is kind, provides a map and gives the lay of the land. My dog, who is reactive toward other dogs, has a high prey drive and poor recall when squirrels and such are nearby, had the best time running in the mud and following all the trails. We booked two hours as others suggested and found it to be plenty of time to wander around, get lost and find our way back.

It was a great 1st visit, the pups Expended alot of energy and even played in the creek a bit. Lots of areas to explore. George was very friendly and met us at the driveway. We drove past him as gps said we still had a bit to go, if you end up at the forest service road turn around

Georges place is so perfect. Truly, this was a dream for my boys and I! We met George at the end of his road and he guided us to the trail head. He’s a wonderful man. He provided me with a map and some suggestions on where to go - providing some tips for extra fun:) We only went for the 1 hour because it was our first visit, but please, do know that you could spend hours upon hours exploring the area! There are several creeks, lots and lots of trails! A small lake/pond and so many smells. We even saw an owl! (I put the little one back on his leash after that 😉) during our adventure we experienced the happiest sense of freedom that my sweet pups could ever have. I haven’t seen a big smile in either of their furry faces since we were at the beach this past summer. We’ve had a few incidents’s with off leash dogs in our neighborhood, so we’re not so relaxed when we go for our walks. This Sniffspot was great for us. No other dogs, no other people, just us. It was brilliant and I cannot wait to go back again. I absolutely recommend taking your pups for a walk about at George’s.

My dogs and I absolutely love this spot! There are so many beautiful trails and creeks to explore. I highly recommend booking at least 1.5 hours for your first visit, as there are plenty of trails to discover, and you’ll want to take your time soaking it all in. Every visit is peaceful, and we’re always excited to come back!

It was our first time using Sniffspot, and our two dogs had an absolute blast! The host was incredibly welcoming and even offered water for the dogs, which was a thoughtful touch. The spacious yard was perfect for our energetic pups to run and play. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This was our first time using a sniff spot - my boys are easily distracted and they have very high prey drive. Because of this, we did find it difficult to enjoy the space fully, because of the chickens on the property - the chickens were in a pen, but my dogs just couldn’t help but focus on them - I spent a lot of my time putting them back on leash and removing them from the area. For anyone who has dogs that aren’t used to chickens, or are prey driven, just note that you may spend a good portion of time distracting them from those fixations. All in all, I love the idea of the sniff spots and I think this place would be good for anyone whose pups don’t care about other critters. I do recommend Sama’s for sure.
