This is a great spot. Plenty to room to run with some shade tress and squirrels to chase. Owners are super nice and provide a comfortable area for the dog owners to relax if your dog just want to sniff around. Definitely coming back

This was my first visit to a Sniffspot location. I have 2 dogs who are both rescues, my 9 yr. old dog Maisie loves everyone but my newest rescue Max, who is 1, doesn’t do well at the dog parks. I said to a friend of mine that I needed to find someone who has a fenced in yard so Max can run and tire himself out. Well I’ve found the perfect site! Terri and Adam were a gift. I will definitely go back and I will also check out other Sniffspots since variety is the spice of life even for dogs ❤️

This was Jax and I's first Sniffspot, and it was totally worth it. Terrie met us as we parked and helped us with going into the yard. There were plenty of provided toys andd fresh water for the puppy, The area was clean and safe and plenty of room for my 16wk old puppy. He was wore out when we left, and had a blast running and playing off leash

Our little guy loves to wander around off leash, but we don’t have a fenced backyard of our own and he doesn’t do so well at dog parks. Terrie’s was a perfect private yard for him to run around in peace! He was tired after about 30 minutes so we left a little early but Terrie was so nice and accommodating! Really good experience overall.

My dogs had a great time playing at this Sniffspot. The yard was great and the host could not have been nicer. She had water out for my dogs as well as some toys. They really had a great time and we will definitely be back..

Such peace of mind to let my pup run free in a clean, fenced space. There's even a screened in porch area with a dog door, it was a tight fit for my 50lb lab but she was still able to get in and out. Terrie is so hospitable, helpful, and accommodating, and gave us great tips for taking a walk afterwards on the nearby W&OD trail. We'll be back!

Beautiful large space for running and playing. Very thoughtful owner who provided chairs and water. it is off of a main road so can hear traffic. My rescue wasnt used to this.

My pup had an awesome time! The hosts are wonderful and even had fresh water set out. The yard was very spacious and clean, I was worried my pup would get bored but he had a great time exploring the new space and all the smells! After working all day I needed to get him some exercise and he loved the chance to be off-leash. Now we are home and have a very tired and well-exercised dog who is so hard to tire out with the puppy energy that seems to never end! Awesome experience, will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful and spacious spot in Old Town Leesburg! Lots of plants to sniff, and space to run around. Very secure, about a 4 foot fence. Water left out, chairs with shade to sit under, and a pail for scooped poop. The host is very responsive and welcoming! Parking is surprisingly easy for this area. The spot is far off the road, so you can’t hear traffic unless it is something loud like motorcycles. Will definitely visit again!

A+ SniffSpot! Grace & David made sure we had everything we needed. Chairs were comfy and well-placed for games of fetch. French press coffee was scrumptious. Around 9am there was still dew on the grass, would recommend bringing a towel to dry off puppy paws, and also bring toys/leashes that are OK to get soggy. There was some construction noise a couple blocks away at the new apartments off the W&OD trail, though it looks like those are almost done. Parking on Monroe Street is literally just steps from downtown Leesburg, which has multiple coffee shops and breweries with dog-friendly patio seating. Will definitely be back!
