We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! We have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. We will be adding a Scenting Garden and more Agility Obstacles as we go. There are a large variety of jumps, tree tug, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. The hose is back on for the Spring/Summer/Fall months. Poop bags, and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, snacks, chairs and table provided for humans. There is bottled water in the tub inside the potting bench, just slide table top away from itself in the middle. Balls, snacks for people, paper towel and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max.

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Updated 11/5/2024 Welcome to our SniffSpot! Now that the days are shorter and the weather is cooler we are excited to offer a “Bark After Dark” experience. Our yard will have outdoor lighting for extended playtime after 4:30pm. Book for 30 mins, 60min or longer. In addition to bottled water & treats, we’ll have hand warmers out for the humans 🔥. Add on a hot cocoa extra with whipped cream & stay warm while your pup plays. See you soon! 🐾 Enjoy the safety of a fully fenced in backyard on over 10,000 ft.² of grass! Enjoy use of another .50 acre of flat, open field for long leash training and recall.  Sit in the shaded gazebo while your pup sniffs and runs OR play a fun game of fetch with one of our balls, frisbees or sticks. Either way, your furry friend will leave tired and happy! While you’re here, enjoy a hike in the Shenipsit State Forest just steps away from our property. Hike the Connecticut blue trail and take your pet(s) on a fun adventure. Welcome to our brand new Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .

Minutes off I-84. 20 minutes from UConn, 30 from Hartford. Flower gardens and tall trees abound. Almost completely shaded. Doggies can explore in the woods amongst the laurels or play fetch in the grass. Work, read, or eat lunch at our picnic table, patio table, on the screened in porch or cedar swing while they roam. Spicket and water bowl on the back deck.

Fenced in backyard with bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks for your dog to sniff out. We rotate out sensory stations and different obstacles and dog toys depending on the season and notice. We just added a dog rope tug that is attached to our tree! Feel free to message us and request something specific. We have sprinklers, kiddie pool, splash pad, mini-trampoline, a host of different balls, long lines, and enrichment feeders. We also have laminated games and tricks to teach your dog! Not all games and activities are out all the time to give dogs room to run! Request anything you want to see in specific. We have a poop scooper, first aid kit, toys for children, and a small trash can as well as water bowl at the ready and chairs for the humans. Gazebo is currently down because a storm broke it, but will be up again soon. Our gazebo and outdoor couch is back up and running. Feel free to uncover and use if you like. If notice is given we could set up an umbrella for extra shade extra chairs, water bowl, and or treats for dog. Check picture 5 for the toys that are normally out and require no notice: nerf dog flyer frisbee, Chuck it with different balls, jollyball (10”), Kong Twistz ball, small dog ball, spring pole dog rope toy, and, tennis ball launcher (football looking thing you step on). Please unplug pool drain when finished to save squirrel lives! :)

To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

Hello! We have a large yard available for you and your fur friends! We are the 1st larger sized spot in Warwick. You may park in front of the house and the entrance to the yard is to the right, through the white gate. We have had some damage to some areas of the fence, so we’ve sort of just covered those areas. There is a hose and electric outlet to charge your phone. I’m headed to get a new hammock! We have landscapers come on Thursday’s usually, so those times will be unavailable. Please pick up after your pup and thank you so much for choosing us!

Please come over and enjoy time with your special pets in my fully fenced, spacious, well kept, quiet and safe backyard. When you book it is just you and your pups, no distractions! Relax on the deck while pup sniffs until hearts content. Don’t forget to bring along some treats to try out the tip-a-treat game!! Hose is back on for the season for some water fun in the kiddie pool or the sprinkler! Also a great place to hold a party for your pup or a puppie play date! Feel free to drop any dog baggies in trash bin at side of the house, I have extras available if needed in the bin on the deck as well as towels, wipes and bubbles! I have temporarily put away the toys and water dish due to the respiratory virus spreading among dogs and hope to bring everything back out by the summer! ***Agility equipment will be gone from November 13th - April 1st. Two fenced in fields each > 100x90. One field closest to road has two fences at 4 feet ant one at 5 feet. The other field has 6 foot fence on all sides. Agility equipment is setup in one of the fields from April - December. Price is lowered during winter months since there is no agility equipment. Increase in rental prices reflect maintenance and upkeep of equipment and park.
