Regardless if your dog is friendly or not, no one, including dogs, will not be in my yard while you're there, nor near windows 8.) It's best if you book in advance at least 1 hour, preferably so I can let anyone know in advance. 9.) I offer memberships 10.) Please be on the lookout for holes and other possible risks 11.) I currently moved. I've been seeing complaints of dog poop and I wholeheartedly apologize. My dad cares for the yard now, and I'll make sure to let him know if I see more complaints! 12.) Spacious backyard with grass, some dandelions, a patio, and some chairs. There are a few trees for shade and a stick pile. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied. Water spigot is outside of fenced area, on left side of house (viewed from street) near gas meter.

Almost a half acre of varied land with lots of trees in Livonia. Less than 5-minutes from I-96, Huge front yard is wide open, very large back yard is fully-fenced. Undulating land with so much room for your dog to run and frolic. If you’re feeling adventurous, there are two lovely parks with walking trails within half a block of this safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of comforts are available for doggy’s mummy/daddy, too, including deck with swing and 6-seat table, as well as other chairs throughout the property. I’m nearly always home, so I’ll likely be on hand to fetch you a drink or a doggy treat, though I won’t disturb your play time. Doggy Delight is sure to delight both you AND your pup! We can’t wait to add you to the family!

The back property is L-shaped. The majority is open space so plenty of room for zoomies and catch. There is some bushes, wild areas, and trees to experience new smells, and play hide-n-seek. Our requests: 1) If you use the water 🚰, please turn it completely off. 2) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 3) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare. 4) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage Grandfather Oak (Tree) that's over 200 years old! Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. During the warm weather the yard will have a splash pad to enjoy, if desired. Please bring towels if your dog plans to get wet! There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! New to the spot are solar lights. These light up the seating area at night, so feel free to book those cool fall evenings 🍁 NOTE: This time of year, mushrooms grow in our yard after rain. These are standard lawn mushrooms and should not pose a threat to your dog other than the possibility of an upset tummy should they eat a lot. We do our best to remove these as we see them come up, but be aware you may see a few stray mushrooms, and they are NOT toxic.

Our home is situated on an acre lot with over half the property fully fenced in the backyard. There is plenty of room to run and play with your fur babies! We have chairs and a table available for you to sit and relax while your pet gets their energy out. Our small covered deck allows you shade from the sun or rain, while still being able to interact with your pup. Kids allowed as we have a playscape and many outdoor toys. We ask that you respect our things and yard as you would your own. Please pick up any trash you bring or animal waste. Garbage can and doggy bags provided.

We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book between 7am and 7pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have a huge tire and an A Frame ladder).

At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Hello! We have big open yard for doggos to run around in! So much room for zoomies and playing. Fully fenced in. We would love to say hi to your furry friends, let us know if that's okay beforehand! Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!

Hi! We live in a super quiet neighborhood (other than noise from the highway)! Neither neighbor has dogs on either side, and we rarely ever even hear barking in the neighborhood. It is definitely not the biggest or most manicured property around here but it’s especially great for reactive dogs (like ours)! I hope you can enjoy our backyard! Upon request, we can offer the wifi code, hammocks, human games, and more! Just ask! ** please note that there may be mosquitos!! Please bring bug spray. ** also, I feed an orange stray cat that I named Franklin. He is becoming more and more comfortable coming into our yard! Please feel free to kick him out!

I live out in the country. In a separate fenced in area I have chickens, ducks, and geese. In a 6’ huge area I also have dogs. I put them in crates when I know someone is bringing their dogs. People could go into that huge 6’ fencing area. The problem would be they could step into my dogs poop. This huge area I’m letting people use is very wide and long. Not that pretty. The very back only has 4’ fencing. All the rest has 5’ fencing. I love it for just letting medium and small dogs run. Could be ok for large dogs as long as they are not jumpers. If my standard poodle ever wanted to get out of that area, she could. Never out of the six foot area. It is not what I have up there.

I have a very friendly and energetic dog who loves dogs of all sizes and would love to join them outside to play and burn off some energy. There is a decent amount of grass lawn. Note We have a pool that is covered and not useable.
