We love this property! The owner, Sarah, is amazing and really loves dogs. Loads of room to run and train and play! Sarah also has a recently installed dog pool and hose to help cool your dogs off.

Sarah was really nice & welcoming. She showed us around the property & then allowed us our privacy. The property was wonderful! Lots of space for pups to run & the walking trail was great for us humans as well!

This SniffSpot is amazing! It was my first ever booking for my reactive puppy’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time exploring the walking trail and field. The property is lovely and well maintained, and Sarah left water buckets out for us since it was unusually hot today. I do advise combing your dog when you get home if you visit in late summer/fall because your dog will bring home lots of grass seeds! I definitely recommend this spot and will be booking again in the future.

This was my first ever sniff spot and me and my pup had a amazing time! Host was the upmost kind in our messages, the yard was absolutely gorgeous (my pup had a blast playing ball and I had a blast looking at all the scenery), host even left a chug it, ball, and frisbee for us! 10/10 would recommend will definitely be booking again! We really enjoyed our time here! Beautiful space! We were given a heads up that it was muddy, so we brought the essentials to clean the pups off and for our shoes. We will definitely be returning!

This was the perfect place for my boys. Plenty of space for them to run at full speed, sniff, and explore. It was fun to watch them go all out and enjoy themselves. The property is securely fenced and with it being a cattle fence rather than a privacy fence. I think that helped when the neighbor dogs came out. Since they are able to see each other, there were no issues with barking or fence running they just greeted each other and that was it.

My dog enjoys and has blust in our visit. He runs nonstop and has a lot of sticks to fetch for him. The host is very kind too, she let me know ahead of time that it was going to be a little muddy and she had a towel for my baby. We surely be back

Such a beautiful spot to bring your pups for some time to stretch their legs! But the sound of silence had to have been the best part for everyone. Mainly nearby farm animals and neighbors dogs you can hear. The rest is a beautiful and serene vibe for my family and our beloved pups. Amazing spot and will be coming back!

MJ’s was a phenomenal spot for my dog because he was able to run at free will with no issues. This was my first time using Sniffspot. Mary provided excellent communication with the protocols for my visit. There was no one or animal in sight during our visit. Lots of dog toys, fresh water for my pup, available trash can, relaxing outdoor patio area for people to relax to watch their pup, and very clean. I would highly recommend MJ’s for a secure fenced area in a private setting for you & your pup. Thank you again Mary.
