Pack a lunch to enjoy on one of our picnic tables along the way or simply take in the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife. Listen to the squirrels chase each other in the tree tops, the woodpeckers pecking away in a nearby tree, or the geese honking at a nearby pond. Wildlife that are commonly seen on visits include deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, chipmunks, a beautiful array of wild birds, and much more. *Our terrain is uneven as it goes through woods. If you have trouble with balance or walking, please reconsider your visit to our property for your safety. Trails are kept clear, but raspberry and blackberry bushes present thorns, please use caution with these prickers. ** Our spot is fully fenced, however if your dog is not command trained we do not recommend letting them off leash. Dogs have a natural instinct to chase the rabbits and squirrels we have. Nicely landscaped (in the summer lol) and fully fenced backyard for your four legged babies to run around and play in a safe environment. I am a dog free home as of August but would love to see your bundles of fur enjoying my backyard. I have a double gate at the front and a single gate in the backyard. The single gate opens up to the walking path behind my house that you could also use. I supply bags, scooper, and the garbage cans for you to dispose of your fur babies left behinds 💩 🤣 I have treats and in the summer will have the baby pool back out. I also have a big canopy that I set up on the patio in the nice weather to give you and your pup some shade and relief from the heat/sun. Let’s set up a date for you and your pup!

Garbage pail, tote with towels, bug spray, and sanitizer, water hose, bucket, picnic table, and chairs are available on the premises. Area is not used for trapping. Creek area extends from the southern road to the northern property fence line. Please look at Google maps/satellite for a better reference (our property is a large square that boarders 2 roads).

Here at Cedar Dale Pet Resort we have been caring for your four-legged family members since 1981 and now we are offering you a whole new experience- the opportunity to enjoy our recently remodeled Private Puppy Playground! Fun is sure to ensue in a fully fenced natural grass play yard filled with numerous obstacles and various play equipment for the ultimate enriching experience! Zoom through tires, climb on spools, and run down slides. Lay in the grass under the shade of a tree or dig in the sand. Seating for the human family, waste scoop & receptacle are provided. Complimentary wade-pool and towels will be made available upon request. Currently hours of availability for our Private Puppy Playground are generally when our guests are napping or inside the resort eating so no need to be worried about other dogs interfering with your pup’s outing. During the summer months when the weather is nice and our guest volume is high, we may have dogs outside in the other yards midday, but we will not utilize the yard next to the Private Puppy Playground during Sniffspot reservations. Other daytime hours may be available upon request, but we ask that you contact the resort directly for scheduling those times. We at FYDOLAND understand that there are some dogs that do not do well with other dogs or people. Therefore, we offer a private training/ enrichment room and equipment, approximate 2000 ft² where families can play with their dog in a safe, clean environment. OUR PRICE IS $25 UP TO TWO DOGS, NOT PER DOG!

That is a good play area for reactive dogs because it is far back from the road sidewalk. There is a driveway that runs along the back of the property so if a dog is reactive to cars that will be a challenge. I cannot ask my neighbor to not use his driveway. He’s a very nice man.

It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. 99% of the backyard fencing is 5-6’ tall. The gate you will enter and exit through is the only area that is 4’ tall. TONS of mature trees providing plenty of shade and a thicker tree line in the very back where your pup can sniff and explore! Lots of open lawn area to play and/or train. I will stay inside unless you would rather I come out and meet you and your pup. We have water bowls filled and a hose right there if you need more water. Patio has multiple patio tables and chairs if you want to chill while your pup plays. I do have a 28’ pool, 4’ deep which you are welcome to enjoy in warmer weather. I only ask that only dogs who are 20lbs and under enter the pool as I allowed a German shepherd in once. I have bottles water available, just ask! I only require about 15 minutes heads up so I can make sure my dogs are put up and inside so you can enjoy the backyard alone with your dog. If your dog needs another dog friend to play with we do have several here who are dog friendly and love to play ranging in size from a rat terrier up to a super sweet and friendly Doberman. But they have no problem staying inside too. We aim to please so just let me know what you may need!

Rock Creek Dog Park is a 5 acre park located just outside of Davis Illinois and is a very quiet, tranquil and peaceful place surrounded by corn fields. Sit in the shade and enjoy a good book while your dog gets the exercise she needs, or get a good hike in for yourself as well. If your dog loves water or needs to cool off, a small creek runs through the park. Parking area provided.
