My four small dogs had the best time playing in the small pond and run through the brush! The tract of land is huge, nicely shaded in sections and extremely clean. I would not change a thing… we will definitely return soon!

This is a fantastic Sniffspot. Very private and secure fencing. The pasture is mowed in a way that makes it very interesting to walk the dogs throughout the field. The pond was clear and great for swimming.

Great spot! The photos and description accurately represent the space. Private. Secure. Our pups enjoyed the freedom to run through the field and swim in the pond. We will definitely visit this location again.

This place is Fabulous!! Large open field for dogs to run, giant pond for them to cool down, and plenty of trees to provide shade. We really enjoyed the River out back as well. Highly Highly recommend.

Wow, wow, wow! The most amazing sniffspot with lots of fenced-in space to wander and play. The area was clean, safe, and fun. Tiny dogs could get through some of the fencing if they really wanted to. That being said, it's fenced nicely. I felt very secure with my two Toy Fox Terriers. The three gates between off leash area and the road is nice, too. Communication was great with the host. We are already planning our next visit and telling our friends.

I stumbled on this beautiful oasis after reading a brief description on a FB post. It is a beautiful escape where my dogs could be dogs. Both Springers, my dogs have a natural desire to flush birds and this property allowed them to indulge. Nice trimmed paths through high grass...perfect! The host was very helpful and accommodating as it took me a minute to find the correct driveway. We'll be back!!

Amazing spot!! Stella had a fantastic time running around in the tall grass and splashing in the pond. There were some small gaps under a few spots in the fence that a very motivated small dog could squeeze through. Stella has proven herself untrustworthy so we kept her on a drag line, but we had no escape issues this time :) There’s no trash can on site that we could see, so pack your poop out with you and toss it at a nearby gas station. Not a big deal.

If your dogs love water and running this is the place to be! Secure and spacious! My boys had a blast. Bring the towels and detangler as my guys got into stickers and definitely got into the mud… but that’s what going out and exploring is all about. Easy to find and a great way for the guys to burn off some steam before we continue on our roadtrip!

This is a beautiful and peaceful spot. Plenty of fully fenced open space for your pup to run around. The water feature is great if your dog loves playing in the water and their is a great short river path to walk down while your dog jumps in and out of the creek. We had a great time and will be back soon!

This property was exactly what my girl and I needed! Just a quiet place with no interruptions and no escape routes to have some peaceful time running around together. Well worth my drive and will certainly return.

We loved this Sniffspot! One of the very best we’ve visited. Jarad provided clear directions on how to find and access the spot. There was so much space for my dog to run and explore and the fencing appeared secure. We loved all the mown paths and a variety of cover for the dog to explore. The pond was such a bonus! Perfect for swimming and retrieving his ball. For anyone traveling through on I-85, this is super convenient and totally worth the stop!
