This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. This is our favorite Sniffspot! We took our 3 dogs ranging in age 1.5-12 years and they LOVED every minute of it. They were on the move from the second we arrived, frolicking and running and rolling. We seriously LOVED seeing them so free and happy. Our one pooch is scared of people, so it is so nice to know we are alone without that trigger popping up. He was free to relax and play. We utilized the front fenced yard, the second yard and the woods. We didn't venture too far into the woods because the mosquitos were pretty bad. But we filled every minute of our visit and the dogs were exhausted when we left. The paths are clear and the whole property is well groomed. I felt comfortable with the dogs roaming on their own. I am SO thankful for a safe space like this. We will be back!

This is an outstanding place to let your dog run freely without worry for hazards. Fencing is excellent. Really good entryways. So many interesting things for dogs like ponds and streams and fields and well kept for people with mown paths. My boxers loved it. Although I was warned about “mud” there was little along the paths and way less than I encounter after a rainy day in Hudson Mills metro park on the dirt paths after a big rain or a post winter thaw. Yes I did wash my dogs at home after their venture but That is my habit. I hose off my horses after a ride too to give you an idea of my mindset My dogs were less interested in the agility course things right now but that was ok. The rest of the land was really a good full out run for my two boxers and I got in a lot of exercise steps without having to hold a leash

We had an awesome time with our pup! Spacious and quiet fenced-in area, our reactive boy had a great time running around off-lead but safe. Weather was hot so he was exhausted within about 30 minutes. Also started raining but nice benches under a covered area were a nice touch.
