Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

Note: Feb 24-29 we will be closed for pond, fountain and fish updates. We are adding a pond filtration system to the pond. We will open for the weekend of Feb 28th if the work is completed. This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Little Paws Park

5200 sf of turf area with play / agility equipment. Ideal for smaller dogs and puppies or small contained area for any sized dog. There is a small doggy pool that we can fill if you want your dog to have access to water. There may be other small dogs / puppies in an adjacent area but if your dogs are reactive, just let us know and we can remove them for your visit. Or it may be a good experience for other dogs to have safe access to others through a fully contained fenced area.

Big Tails Pasture

Approximately 1.5 - 2 acres of fully fenced pasture with shaded areas and seating for humans. :) Dog Play / Agility equipment on site. Other dogs may be in adjacent pasture unless specifically requested not to be. Please designate in reservation and we can gladly accommodate.

Marvin's 4 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Bradenton

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres.
