This non-lot sits in a quiet neighborhood in Gulfport. A small 525 square-foot home is on the property. The property is 50 x 130’. Both the backyard and front yard or fenced in. The backyard has 3/4 of it fenced in 6 foot vinyl fencing. There’s also some chain-link and wooden panels. The front yard is also available and is surrounded by 3 foot to 6 foot tall wooden sections. There is a hose with water access. Patio chairs, and a table. Access to electrical outlets and Wi-Fi.

11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. We're very accommodating and look forward to letting your dog hang out!

Have an awesome 300 yr old oak target in yard. Throwing tennis balls at target will be a great way to challenge your pups playful spirit.
