The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. The front yard which is available to guests is 0.5 acres. Hard to find in LA! So much room to play fetch. The backyard is for the owner’s dogs. It’s on a cul-de-sac and it’s so peaceful. You can hear the birds in the trees, which one of my dogs loved. The sandbox is a cute addition and there are two chairs in the shade, however one is broken. Two things to know upon entering: I entered one side of the gate and let the dogs off leash without realizing the other gate on the other side was open. I ran to the gate, told my dogs to stay and closed it immediately. Yes, I should’ve checked beforehand. Just always double check. It’s an iron gate and about 3 feet high. If you have a jumper, this wouldn’t be a good fit for your dog. Plus, there were some reactive dogs that a neighbor was walking, and he seemed to have no control of them. Hound dog types. One of the dog’s face fit through the space of the gate, snapping at my blue nose pittie, but thank God she’s a nice girl and did nothing. So just be on alert and aware of people and dogs circling the cul-de-sac. I had to hold my other two back from running to the gate and barking a few times. Good to be prepared if your dog is reactive. I hope my review helps anyone who is thinking about booking this place. We had a lovely time, and we will definitely be coming back. The spot was easy to find and located toward the end of a cul de sac. Parking is on the street and there is plenty. Natalie let my dogs and I in through the automatic gate. The yard was large and spacious with a grassy area in front and a side area with more grass, a sandbox and a small table and couple of chairs. My dogs had a fun time running around and exploring. The fencing is secure but I initially had concerns about the height when people walked by with their dogs, as one of mine is dog reactive, but it wasn't an issue. All in all, it is a great spot & we look forward to returning!

Great half acre. Good mix of sun and shade from mature trees. The sandbox is a OK to play in. My pup had fun going back and forth. If you have a jumper, keep a close eye when they try to go towards the front gate as it is lower than the sides. Otherwise this is a perfect place to play.

My dogs had a great time here! They had so much space and Jared provides water bowls, toys, treats, and more. It was a very comfortable space, but later in the evening I'd recommend using bug spray. The host is very friendly! We did see and hear people during our visit, which is no problem but if you have reactive dogs like mine it's just something to keep in mind. We had a blast at this spot. Huge backyard for my doggo to run around and sniff. There was treats, ball and water. Very cool hammock to chill while your dog exploring. Jared was a great host, the entrance was easy to find. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

This is an absolutely perfect place for pups! Jarad is an amazing host (friendly, respectful) and provided plenty of toys, treats, water bowls, etc for the dogs. The yard is huge and secure, with wonderful grassy open space for the dogs to run. There's also plenty of comfortable seating for humans too! Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing! Haru had a blast here - they yard was so spacious and clean. I work from home so it was great being able to connect to Wi-Fi and work while letting him run around. The water basin they had available was a great with this summer heat - as you can see, Haru loved cooling off there! Can’t wait to be back again next month after purchasing a membership!
