***Agility equipment will be gone from November 13th - April 1st. Two fenced in fields each > 100x90. One field closest to road has two fences at 4 feet ant one at 5 feet. The other field has 6 foot fence on all sides. Agility equipment is setup in one of the fields from April - December. Price is lowered during winter months since there is no agility equipment. Increase in rental prices reflect maintenance and upkeep of equipment and park.

Our farm property features a half acre of fenced yard overlooking our animals. Our goats maybe turned in during your visit but if they are out then feel free to pet them. There will be a seating area with a trash can provided for pet waste and drinking water for your fluffy friends. Thier is a hose and kiddie pool if your dog wants to play in the water. Thier are goats, chickens and a miniature horse on property in the paddock area, please control your dog around them and do not allow them into the separate fenced area. Feel free to allow them to sniff through the fence. Your dogs can run off leash safely as long as they respect a 4ft fence. There is a good straight stretch to enjoy fetch. We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! We have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. I hope you enjoy this private time with your pet. Thanks for visiting us.

Hello! We are excited to share our yard! The unique thing about us is we offer an agility obstacle course and a dog pool (upon request). We do have two dogs that we will keep inside and not visible. You may enter the property through a gate on the side of the house, but we will get more into details when you book :)

Come and play in Sammy’s Playground. There’s lots to do. With the entire 0.5-acre backyard fully enclosed by a new chain-link fence (Fall 2022), your pups are free to roam, sniff and run to their hearts’ delight. And, wow… it sure is fun to watch them go!! Zoom-Zoom. (Important information on pricing and opening the gate are at close of this section. Pull your vehicle right up to the main gate.) The areas along the edges of the yard are wooded and make for fun pathways for explorations. The central area of the yard has a slight hill and is mostly open. This makes for plenty of romping and heavy-duty running- including long throws of a ball or a frisbee. Check out all of the photos and read the accompanying descriptions to get a better idea of how Sammy’s Playground will appeal to you and your furry friends!! And don’t worry about the yard (too much). There’s divots and mounds all around, no manicured lawns when dogs are at play. Go for it guys… Enjoy!! The pool💦 is open and the water is Devine for pups and humans alike. We allow two humans per dog to assist any dogs that may need “assistance.” We have a bunch of life vests available, but can’t guarantee that we have one that will fit your dog(s). Many dogs will find great pleasure in retrieving their ball or simply going for laps in the pool. Sammy is a nutcase for his tennis balls. David stands in the deep end, throws the ball to the stairs, Sammy bobs for the ball, retrieves it… all to do it again (whining the whole time). For 💦 pool use, select the corresponding “Extra” for your visit. Yellow, stripes towels for the dogs. Colorful towels for the humans. Place wet towels on the wall. They’ll dry almost instantly in the sun. Now that Fall is approaching, pine needles, leaves and other nature debris are falling into the pool. This is making upkeep more challenging. We are doing our best to keep the pool open as long as feasibly possible. Feel free to skim the water surface if it bothers you. But the pool water is correctly adjusted as clean water for continued swimming. We also set up the furniture, gazebo, hammock, doggie toys, cold drinking water and beverages for our Guests for ALL to enjoy as we enjoy this summertime!! Yea. It’s our hope that our family-like relationships between us and our Guests remain great and we to avoid any reason to raise our hourly rate. SniffSpot suggests we list at $20/hour. We are uncomfortable with doing this, because it goes against the spirit of our objective for the playground in the first place: providing a safe and secure environment for dogs of all kinds to enjoy off-leash “true-dog” experiences with their loving humans. We do welcome donations of dog food, p-pads and medications for the all-dog rescue organization, PAWS New England. In fact, on some occasions, we may make Sammy’s Playground available on “off” hours. When we do, we consider this “premium time” and hope you will be more inclined to make such a donation. ——- NOTE: to open the gate, simply reach over the top to find the key. Twist/turn the key until it stops. Then, lift the knob on top of the gate and push the gate open… you’re in! The gate automatically closes behind you. Please confirm that it has engaged into the closed position and then turn the key to lock yourself in. DO NOT REMOVE THE KEY. The photos section includes views of the gate, key and lock. NOTE: As an “Extra” listed benefit, you may park your vehicle in an area away from the main gate and take advantage of a leisurely stroll down the very-well-kept sidewalks of Park Street and adjoining neighborhoods. We list this as an Extra simply so that we know why we have a car in the driveway, but no humans and dogs. Selecting this Extra just gives us the heads up. This might be a good way to burn off that last little bit of doggy energy or for some leash training while you’re here. This is time AFTER your booked time of using Sammy’s Playground (not a part of it). We just don’t want you to run off without taking advantage of all the resources available to you for your dog(s).

Welcome! There are two chair swings, and also a hammock, that you’re welcome to use (with caution of course!) Next to the greenhouse by the back deck, are also some Purple, long handled, tools for picking up after your pup(s) that you may use. You can dispose of any pet waste in the Green, square bucket with a green trash liner, right next to where you’ll find the tools. There are a few doggy toys in the yard that you and your fur baby are welcome to play with, as well! But please, remember to leave them behind when you go. Thanks, and enjoy your visit!! 😊

My hooman mom Diane has a huge, fully fenced-in yard which Includes a variety of outdoor toys, a large water bowl and access to a hose and a refreshing dog pool during the summer. There's plenty to do to encourage outdoor fun, activity, and exercise. Pups can cool off in the pool or take a break in the mulch. The yard has excellent bird, squirrel, and bunny watching potential, while, your hoomans can relax on the shaded deck and yard.

***The yard gets very wet when the weather warms up so I'm restricting access to the yard for guests unless the ground is frozen or there is significant snow coverage until spring.*** A great place for a doggie playdate! We have plenty of parking in the driveway. A beautiful forest backdrop with ample room for zoomies! It's a quiet, peaceful spot, full of bird song and lots of natural charm. There is a deck with a table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy.
