Absolutely love this place! My three dogs and I wandered around for an hour, stopping to splash in the pond and creek (them, not me) and we still didn't get through all of the trails. We'll definitely be back!

Our first time here and not the last! It’s an hour drive for us and it’s absolutely worth it!! My pups had so much fun and I had ample training opportunities for my hound to practice recall on his long line. So many spaces to explore and so many different things to investigate! Beautiful space!

EXCELLENT! Very well maintained land. I had an amazing time here with my German Shepherd! There’s so much area to walk and run around for your dogs all while not being too far from your car for supplies. 100% recommend.

This spot is awesome! My pup loved roaming around - land and water! There’s clear signs on where to go and a helpful bucket for dog waste at the front by the parking. We will definitely be back!

One of the best sniff spots in central VA. Lots of space for pups to romp with different kinds of terrain (wooded, field, pond, creek, etc). Host was communicative and accommodating. We will be coming back soon!

Best spot hands down! What a wonderful host. Not only is her property immaculate and beautiful, but she has stations set up with first aid, clean towels for wet pups etc. Just exceptional in every way. Our doberman had the absolute best time. We will be back!

If your dog is anything like our Sadie, they will LOVE this place. Open areas, trails in the woods, a creek to play in. What more could a dog want. Plus for the two-leggers, resting benches throughout. Really is a great SPOT.

This spot was so beautiful and very well kept! I really liked how it had various parts such as the open fields, wooded trails, and creeks. Lots of open space for my dogs to roam and smell all the smells. My dogs had a blast, so we will definitely be coming back soon!!

We had a blast here! My aussie, Luca, was looking forward to this trip! We came from Woodbridge and it was well worth the drive. The owner also provided a video with info on all the trails and directions that was super helpful. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again soon!

What a blessing that Camille has made her property available on Sniffspot. I love being able to hike with my dog off leash but she is dog reactive so even though she has great recall it’s not something I can really do in places where there’s a chance we might run into another dog. This is the perfect spot for giving her a chance to hike off leash. There were several different trails to explore and it was so nice and peaceful. Also, for the trails in the woods there are markings on some trees to help ensure you’re staying on the trail.

Amazing spot, can’t wait to come back throughout the winter and especially come spring and summer for the pond and greenery! I love the wide and clear trail paths, and mowed paths around the meadow area, and several benches/picnic tables throughout for chance to rest. Gumbo enjoyed racing through the trails and dipping in the creek stream. There’s a few parts of the trail with a tiny bit of incline/downhill so just had to encourage my pup to safely slow down for those parts. Thank you for generously sharing your property! And thank you for the photos of clear signage/instructions of where to go, that was helpful. Will always book a minimum of 90 minutes and probably more for future - there’s so much to explore!
