Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Corner lot fully fenced in yard with long side yards perfect for playing fetch! We have a kiddie pool for those hot summer days. For the humans we have a set of chairs, small table, and a hammock to lounge while your pups play. We have a side yard hose and will provide a big bowl to fill up with water. One of our dog’s Hudson is bulldog mix that lives to play with other dogs so if your dog is just as social and would like a playdate with Hudson, we can arrange that on days we are home.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).
