We do own and operate a dog boarding business on this property - but the 60x60 fenced area is separate from the kennel area and is set aside for Sniffspot and walking trail is also allocated for Sniffspot users. Chill dog friendly neighborhood has wooded trails at the community park area and walking around the neighborhood has dog disposal bag stations on almost every street. There is a small hill and large flat area that’s grassy inside the fence. There have been lots of dogs come and go from this property. There’s plenty of things to sniff for big and little dogs. Slighted at night and there’s a large landscape area that the dogs and humans could hang out even when it has been raining and wet soYou can have fun outside without getting muddy. There’s a propane grill outside and a table and lounge chairs if you want to stay and host a dog party. 😎
